I, unfortunately, need a controlled substance refilled monthly. The government does not make this super easy. There is no automatic refill, and the App has been uncooperative for me too many times. I have to physically call in to make sure its refilled. For me, this is no big deal (despite the fact that I absolutely hate making phone calls), but for the very few workers at the pharmacy, this certainly puts a dent in a busy morning.
If I am not on top of my meds, I'm out of luck, so I can be a bit demanding just so I can live a near normal life, but they always kindly and promptly take care of me.
I appreciate it. I'm sure most of the area does.
I hope rite aid treats you rite.

The women at the counter needs help with her snippy responses. Very rude and ignorant. The script was filled extremely fast but the cashier needs a training course on how to speak to people. I work with the public all day and would never snap at customer

lol this place is awful. Was waiting in line and then pulled up to window finally at 1:22 and I now realize lunch for them starts at 1:30-2. So as I sat there waiting for someone to talk to me and give me my kids prescription (takes less than a minute) I was left sitting there, just for the blinds to be pulled down. So apparently their lunch break is from around 1:15 - 2. At least on Mondays, will be switching!

They're very slow filling scripts and always a long line inside and out for pharmacy. Would recommend using Weis instead.

New to the area , I thought we would try ! Big mistake ! Hugh mistake! Who ever the pharmacist was on 2/10 , should not be qualified to be a pharmacist . Would like to speak with Corp. Or owner something must be done immediately before he harms someone ! When I saw 2.3 rating out of 5. SHOCKED ! WARNING DO NOT GO TO THIS RITE AIDE !

By far the worst pharmacy. The staff are typically unreliable, unfriendly and unprofessional. The male pharmacist needs to either retire, quit or get fired. He is one miserable man. Out of all the times I’ve dealt with these goons, there was only one nice pharmacist (or technician). I’m planning on changing pharmacies asap. Good luck to anyone who stays with this group of cruel people.

Great Store! The New Store Manager Frank is super Nice and Helpful! He used to be at Kmart before they closed. I liked Him there, and I Like Him here now! The Ladies that Work there are also Very Nice and Helpful! I wish all Store's had Good People that worked there, like they do here!

yoI just scared at this store today. I went in to pick up a lumbar support device (since I need surgery bc of an accident not my fault), 2 things out outdoor trash bags (bc I go around and get alcohol bottles thrown at me while I pick up lots of trash off the side of the road, meth shake and bake bottles/tons of alcohol cans included) and a fricken teddy bear for my nightmares. Yes.The mouth on that old stockboy tripped so bad, back in to the 90s, sad he couldn't trip to the 880s so he wouldnt sound so.....His mouth... I dont even know him, but I know, now that he knows those KKK people who throw those beer bottles at me while I pick up their trash on the side of the road!! I know he does. Walnutport has a problem.This is one of my trusted stores and he wont change that. Also, they quickened my perscription time.Enough of that but he really scared the hell out of me. He was talking like, I cant say. SCAREY.

The rite aid in walnut port told me the pharmacy closed at 9 over here in Palmerton and when I got there at 8:11 the place was closed the two workers went above and beyond to get my one year old son his ear infection medication and didn’t have to . I appreciate them for providing great customer service and care to my son . Thankyou jenna and Robert
