“I lost my keys in the store. Didn't realize it, though, until I got to the car with my groceries. I attempted to run back into the store, but the doors had already been locked. That's what I get for checking out as they were closing the store for the night. I frantically knocked and attempted to flag someone down. The manager said they were closed and couldn't escort me in to look for them. I was sanded and felt defeated. My son was cranky and had been crying for about 20 minutes at that point, and I had mostly frozen stuff and produce in my carts, melting in the heat. To my astonishment, the manager had made a phone call and let me in escorted by an employee to begin my search. I retraced my steps and finally found the car keys in some bananas. I graciously thanked everyone and went home. Good work!!”

“I love Zephyr pharmacy, they were able to fill a prescription for my daughter in a matter of minutes that I was not able to get from two other big chain pharmacies. I have since transferred over mine and my daughters prescriptions and they made the process very easy for me. A mild mannered gentleman with a short cut grayish beard was filling prescriptions (I THINK I heard someone call him "Steve"). I gave him the condition and he eagerly came from behind the counter and said, "I can help you with that!!" I was amazed, not only at his Customer Service skills but also at how knowledgeable he was about medicine!!!He cleared up alot of my confusion and I left there with a clearer understanding of what my son needed.Awesome pharmacist!!!!”
