Wow never drove through a park that allowed so much junk from yard junk to junk on the porches the first two places look like there running a garage to fix vehicles out of. There were cars parked in the grass all along the road and trucks up on Jack's being worked on. I thought for a moment of the TV series Trailor park boys.... then as we drove around to see the ones advertised we just in our heads thought hell ?. There were hoarders I meen people had out grown there inside and there porches / decks were covered with old rotten stuff to boxes and bags and chairs and whatever. Vehicles with no inspection flat tires. IT WAS A NO RULES PARK. There was so much ? From skirting that was off to moss / dirt taking over some of these homes. Apparently there is no management just a money taker as a landlord. He or she or they must never go trailer to trailer to do inspections. I could only imagine the inside of some of these places . Sorry just couldn't invest in a home next to the hoardings around the corner.

Expensive lot rent, annoying neighbors, stray cats all over the park, aggressive drivers, and there is not much around in the area. I see why people keep moving out.

You people leaving sad reviews due to high lot rent ! Try living in Greenbriar village in East Allen Twp. Hows $1000 lot rent hit you every month. They raised ours 70 to 77 dollars more a month. Water, sewer and trash is not included. Base lot rent is approx $905 now a month. Water, sewer and trash usually $70 more. That equates to $975 a month. I first paid $375 lot rent per month back in 2002. Looking to move !

Rent is high and every year they raise it at least 20 dollars. Still a nice place to live if you can afford payment on a trailor and as of now 650 dollars in lot rent. Which is going up shortly But that does include sewage, water, garbage and snow removal. If we get any.

I use to live here until I could no longer live alone. The manager knew this and constantly turned people down to move into the park as soon as they heard my address. This I know is fact, I had people tell me about their experience. I ended up losing $10,000 on my place. They are starting to have many places so old and abandoned they will have to be torn down. Sad, I did like living there. Lived in the area for 30 yrs. Had two bigger houses then downsized to the park. Then I found out the manager's office really just wanted me to walk away so they could get it free. From what I understand it's not the only park that does this to people, shame they feel the need to take advantage of people. My real estate agent was working with them against me. This is also fact as I had gone to her office and talked to her about my agent never showing my place. She then said "you know we work together". I knew right then what I was up against. Live and learn as they say. I lost $10,000 on the sale of my place...
