This place does not care about your pet. They send you to the animal hospital that they say the neverrrr recommend. Then make you spend 1000 over there because they don't have availability for over 2 weeks. Yet wont refill prescriptions to a place they referred you to. Place is a joke. The dr. Seems like she dips in her ketamine stash

I have tried other vets who charged 2x more for services. Staff and dr. Helped thru just losing my dog both with caring and patience knowing how heartbroken I was. I also have a 4 lb yorkie who has leukemia. Again they have show caring for my feelings. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I took my two senior dogs there for the first time this past week. I feel their pricing is very fair in comparison to where I took them before. The staff and Dr. Miller were very friendly, courteous and cared for my dogs. Very very happy, will continue with them for the remainder of my dogs lives.

Had a decent experience with this veterinarian over the 10 years I have been taking our pets there. However in the last year or so it seems they seem content on putting the squeeze on people, charging insane prices for routine care. For example, I brough my 15lbs dog in about every 6 months to get her nails clipped. It used to cost <$20 and no appt. needed. It was super convenient so I didn't mind paying more and taking her here. The last time she went, my wife took her and said it was $53! I asked what they did, and she wasn't sure what they did and why it was so much more expensive this time. This time, I took her and was told it would be $56 and when I asked why, they said because it was their new policy to "charge a nurse visit" for clipping her nails. This is a horrible policy and ethically questionable considering there is no way in the time the dog was there they could have done anything other than cut her nails. I will be finding a vet and suggest you look elsewhere as well.

Update a year later: The staff is incredibly adept, kind and patient to my pup and myself. I am impressed by how quickly the vet was able to diagnose every issue my pup may have. They have been fantastic at setting up appointments quickly and fitting in extra treatments. The scratches they give Banjo help calm her down. I know she is in great hands for her upcoming tooth removal.
So great with my leash reactive dog and with me being anxious.

The doctor experience is great but unfortunately the paperwork side of things STINKS. The handle things verbally with you and only list medications or treatments but give no summary of what was done or instructions.

The care and the communication of doctors and staff at Cherryville animal hospital reflect a 5 star review. The trust is important as well as there cost to care for all our pets over the many years.you won't be disappointed using this veterinarian.
