(WALNUTPORT PA AUTOZONE) "Hey AutoZone, I just had the most incredible experience at your store this afternoon, all thanks to one exceptional employee named Scott. Let me tell you, he went above and beyond to help me and my family with our car troubles. So, my car battery died, and I went into AutoZone hoping to get it tested. That's when we met Scott, (after a female employee said she couldn't help me that I had to wait for him) he not only tested the battery but also informed me that it was bad. He didn't stop there, though. Scott took it upon himself to guide me through the process of getting a new battery and even installed it for me! But that's not all. He went the extra mile and tested my alternator, only to find out that it was also bad. I was amazed by his knowledge and dedication to ensuring my car was in top shape. (I did purchase both my battery and alternator from him)What impressed me the most was Scott's genuine care and willingness to help us any way possible. He took the time to explain everything to me, making sure I understood what was happening with my car. His expertise and attention to detail were truly commendable. It's not every day that you come across someone who genuinely cares about their customers and takes the extra steps to ensure their satisfaction.I believe Scott deserves all the recognition and praise for his outstanding customer service. His dedication and willingness to go above and beyond truly set him apart. AutoZone, you've got a gem of an employee in Scott. I live in Allentown and have been to a local AutoZone twice in the past two days and they kept saying I was fine that my battery just needed to charge because of the cold weather.... (which clearly was not the answer) I highly recommend him to anyone in need of assistance with their car. In fact, I think he would be an excellent candidate for a promotion, as his exceptional service exemplifies the values and commitment to customer care that AutoZone stands for.Thank you, Scott, for making my experience at AutoZone a memorable one. Not a fan at all. Not impressed with the unprofessional management they have there. She doesn't know how to speak to people at all, rude, disrespectful and will never go back here again. Get new management.

The gentleman was nice to me, but the girl also behind the counter was rude, all I asked why was the stp dry gas was so expensive and she said why is the bread is $3.00 a loaf. I was asking the gentleman not her. January 18, 2024 in the evening. If she was the manager that's not a job for her.

I've gone here on a number of occasions for parts for my business & personal vehicles. I picked up a fan belt which the counter person wasn't sure which was the correct one so he told me just take both and bring the wrong one back. Came back in and forgot my receipt at home. Thin guy with tattoos says oh we can't give a refund since you don't have the receipt. I said why don't you look on my account and reprint it. He said we can't do that. I asked why not since you ask me for my phone number. He got all red and hostile, then the girl there rudely said "We don't do that here" No problem. I'll get my receipt to return it and I'll never come here again. The tattooed guy says, "Oh well, that's your choice" I'll go to Advance Auto for parts and everyone knows things like oil, and any filters, batteries etc, are much much many dollars cheaper at Walmart.

I go here frequently to purchase items for my vehicles. I have had great experiences with the help the staff offers. Many of them are friendly, attentive, and helpful. I appreciate the customer service.

Scott at the walnutport store was so helpful and friendly he went above and beyond to help us. My car was broke down and he took the time to find parts and tools needed. I watched how the others in the store treated there customers and Scott was by far the best. Thank you Scott, keep up the good work!!

I am not one to write negative reviews unless I truly believe that I need to warn others about my experience. I visited this Autozone a few days ago to purchase oil for my car, I do not know about cars and the only reason I came and did not book an oil change appointment with my usual garage is that I was extremely low on oil and they did not have any openings for a few weeks. Anyway, I walk in and head straight to the checkout counter to get some assistance and I am met with one of the worst customer service experiences of my life. Scott, who ‘helped’ me was extremely condescending and rude when I asked him questions and at one point I even apologized for my “stupid” questions, which I should not feel the need to apologize for not knowing. He lectured me about how I shouldn’t even be driving my car if it’s low on oil and stated “it’s that serious” and gave me a look that made me feel like I was in trouble, for driving my own car. In response to one of my questions, Scott rolled his eyes, laughed, and then turned to me and asked me if I were serious. Begrudgingly, I followed his advice for which oil to buy and how much and when I went to clarify before purchasing I misspoke and used ‘gallons’ instead of ‘quarts’, he then proceeded to make a big scene about how his truck is the only vehicle in “this whole place” that takes gallons of oil. Well, after heading his advice I purchased 6 QUARTS of oil, of which I only used 2. I had the receipt and an unopened QUART of oil but I was too irritated to even go back in to return it. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had, and it’s taken me three days to even write this review without getting extremely frustrated. I will not be back to this autozone location, which I know will not make any sort of difference in their revenue, but it will save me from ever having to see Scott again and that’s enough for me.

Ehh. Just your typical AutoZone that sells things you need for your vehicle, but the young kids behind the counter are too busy gossiping about their lives to really help you and have little to no knowledge about cars. Maybe the computer system they use to type the given info is to blame? I don't know. It's expected though, hence the 3 stars. The interior of the store was immaculate though, thanks to "Shleppy" for doing a quality mop job. Customer service skills need to be improved though.
