Let me tell you, he went above and beyond to help me and my family with our car troubles. So, my car battery died, and I went into AutoZone hoping to get it tested. That's when we met Scott, (after a female employee said she couldn't help me that I had to wait for him) he not only tested the battery but also informed me that it was bad. He didn't stop there, though. Scott took it upon himself to guide me through the process of getting a new battery and even installed it for me! But that's not all. He went the extra mile and tested my alternator, only to find out that it was also bad. I was amazed by his knowledge and dedication to ensuring my car was in top shape. (I did purchase both my battery and alternator from him)What impressed me the most was Scott's genuine care and willingness to help us any way possible.
