Zito SUCKS!!! You WAY overpay for EVERYTHING!!! They DO NOT care about their customers!! The cable is ALWAYS going in & out! They expect you to pay for their app monthly that you HAVE or cannot use their services. And their prices just keep going up but yet they keep shrinking what you get!! If you need to call customer service, that is a joke!! If you can use other services besides Zito - do it!! It will save you money and a HUGE headache!!

Our TV and Internet are out more than they are on!! We have called continuous "which I have to drive down the mountain to do" because without the Internet connection I have no cell phone service at the house, which isn't ok either, then you get to go through a bunch of foreign people who drill you into crazyness asking questions that have absolutely NOTHING to do with the situation and then tell you "the logical" to turn the server off and then back on again... for sure NOT the issue, I have spent countless hours on the phone trying to tell them that they need to redo the whole system because it's trash!!! The issue is that the only guy who does repairs is repairing the lines constantly and he apparently doesn't have a grip on the situation and it doesn't fix it so daily and sometimes "most times" it is happening two times and sometimes we are out for hours daily! I can't get any work done before it starts again... I work from home and I've lost a couple of my clients because of the stupidity ! And added frustration of the lost time and not sure where it cut me off of my work! But you can bet your bill still comes right on time every month! Awful customer service and no support at all! We have very little options for Internet connection and cable connection services up here in the area and it's very frustrating to see a company that taking advantage of the situation because they know this is the case and know that you have very few options! Sad !!!

I never had trouble with KUHN Communication however ZITO MEDIA's customer service is terrible. We had trouble with WiFi on a weekly basis and often did not have cable either. Every time I contacted customer service they would say no one else had reported a problem. When I posted a comment on Facebook everyone was having issues.I called to cancel service with them on April 12th and they told me they would not be able to disconnect at the pole until May 5th. I received a regular billing for May and when I contacted them they said that I owed $13.51 because it was not disconnected from the pole until May 5th, remember this was their timing not mine. Beware they will be charging you as long as you are still connected at the pole. If you do not pay it it will be turned over to collections. Wish I could rate them as "0".

Horrible service. No cable when I call I'm told I have to switch to fire Stix. Whstever that is. Gosh thought kilns was bad. This is 10 times worse. I need to get completely rid of this company

Wouldn't suggest this ISP to anyone. It's pretty bad and I agree with some that 1 star out of 5 is generous for a rating. Lost majority of our television stations and still paying same price. Internet is sub-par. Nothing positive about this company. Making a switch soon. I thought Kuhn was bottom of the barrel. But Zito Media is like hold my beer. How does this place stay in business?

If I could rate both Kuhn Communications and Zito Media with 0 stars I would because that is what they deserve. The customer service that I have received from both Kuhn communications and Zito Media is some of the worst customer service that I have ever come in contact with. Kuhn has owed me a refund since July 2, 2021 and the ladies in the office will not help me to figure out what’s going on and what to do to get my refund since it is way past the 4-6 weeks it was to take to get the refund processed. They say that I need to deal with Zito Media even though I never had service with Zito Media. I had service with Kuhn. Zito media has no record of me, my phone number, email, or even ever being at my address, so they say that can’t help me either. I have driven into the Kuhn office to speak to someone 6 times now and I get told that they will have someone contact me, but they never do. They won’t give me the phone number of the lady that I need to speak with so that I could contact her myself. They gave me an email address to contact someone with Zito media, which I have emailed this person multiple times and still have not gotten one reply. While on the phone with Zito media m I have been hung up on, talked over while I was trying to explain what the ladies at Kuhns told me, etc. This is getting out of control and I am fed up with it. I deserve some respect and i deserve some answers!!

Good quality cable and internet prices are reasonable I've had kuhn cable for 20+ years I won't go anywhere else

Terrible internet service. It cost twice the price of other options. I play a lot of video games, stream, and often work from home. When this internet works it's fine, however it ALWAYS drops connection numerous times a day.I looked into Tmobile who offers 5g internet to my home for half the price. I've been able to play games, stream to multiple devices and it has yet to drop in nearly two weeks. Folks this is half the price. Do not get trapped by Kuhn.

The quality of the service is very bad. When I have issues they tell me it's because of solar flares and there is nothing they can do about it. I just have internet though then and I pay $102.00 a month just for that. I wish there was another service I could go with. ?
