“I went here for back brakes because a different car shop said they would have to be replaced, but when I went here they said my back brakes were fine and had a lot of life left so I think the last shop was trying to get money out of me so they ended up saving me $500 here! “My wife and I were in the area from Tennessee on a much needed vacation. We were staying at a nearby campground. While there it occurred to me that I may have topped of the transmission fluid in my F-350 with the wrong type. I really wanted to get it out of there so I Googled local shops with a good rating. LN Automotive came up so I just drove there and explained my situation to who I believe to be the owner. He was very accommodating and got me right in to perform a complete transmission fluid change out. Everything went well for the rest of our time there until we left to head to Burke’s Garden, Va. We got about 2 miles from the campground and one of the rubber transmission lines popped of which was no fault of the shop. I lost about 10 quarts of transmission fluid. To cut out more details…I was able to get my truck and camper to LN. I believe he saw my dire situation so he got me right in, put new transmission cooler hoses on and filled the transmission back up with fluid. I paid him and we were on our way. Everyone at the shop was very hospitable. I really appreciated them for helping me out and not overcharging. I highly recommend LN Automotive in Newville, Pa.!”
