“If it wasn’t for Charlie’s Customs LLC my car would in the junkyard. Someone hit my car and my insurance company basically wanted to deem it a total loss. My car had minimal damage and less than 100,000 miles so I was not ready to say good-bye to it anytime soon! Charlie took the time to talk to my insurance company’s adjusting team, as well as the appraiser to ensure that my car was repaired for an affordable price! “Original 3 Star Review: overcharged the hell out of me. i thought i was getting free estimates for all of my car's issues, and was just going to have them fix the issues i specified, and they did that, but they also charged me for all the estimates. very kind customer service agents. so much so that i remember his name (Alex).5 Star Update: 6 hours after posting this, the owner of the dealership called me from his personal phone number and said his guys had accidentally rung a passenger side mirror part for $206 more than what it should have been and is in the works with my mother who paid for the work. He is refunding that $206. Mickey is a kind man, who takes great pride in treating his customers fairly. i think when my mom gets off the phone with him, he will have his lesson handed to him justly for this costly mistake. he was so profusely sorry though, the work done was of high quality, and the service agent was great that even due to this mistake i would take my car here again.Bonus Points: awarded to the kind man that helped me get into my car literally 10 minutes after i picked it up when i locked myself out with the engine running, and Alex for playing along when i called my car by her name (Tonya) during the drop off and pickup paperwork session. some people's cars are their babies and they understand that and take great care of them as if they were their own cars.”

“If you're looking for stellar customer service this place is the real deal. The owner worked quickly to locate a bumper with the brackets needed for my vehicle that are no longer available through retail stores.When I picked up the part the owner took the time to explain what type and size tools would be required for installation, as well as what tools wouldn't work. As a woman, I found it refreshing to be given guidance without question about my knowledge of the parts I need or skill level. I will definitely be returning to this location in the future and will be sure to advise my friends and customers of our auto shop to utilize this location. Thanks for the help and quality service!”

“I’ve never bought a vehicle from Shively’s, but I did bring my Jeep in to get looked at due to an issue I was having with it. I tried calling the dealership I originally bought it from but they were no help whatsoever. The people at Shively’s called me back quickly, got me on the schedule right away, and when I brought my Jeep in everyone was really nice and helpful, and they found the issue and fixed it quickly. I couldn’t be happier with the service. The only thing I didn’t care for was the bill…but who is when being at a dealership? I’ll definitely be bring my Jeep back in the future!”

“I stopped to use their code reader for my car. Clerks were very helpful and let me take the code reader out to my car to read the codes. Then you go into the store and their computer will give you a problem diagnosis, FREE OF CHARGE! I did buy spark plugs. I ordered the spark plugs on advance auto parts website, their website has coupons for you .”
“We couldn't have asked for a better buying experience! Joel was our sales rep and from the beginning of my first conversation with him over the phone, three states away, until we drove off the lot with our new Suburban, he was absolutely wonderful. Joel ensured the vehicle we were interested in was available and to our liking before we set off on the road trip from Virginia to Pennsylvania. “My mom is 92 years old and was really upset when she had a accident. I had a excellent experience with H&H before myself. After we drop the car off they tore it down the next day and found additional damage and called us right away and ordered the additional parts. There was one critical part that was needed that was on backorder and they did everything they could get this part. We were very impressed they called us and kept us informed and when we picked it up it was super clean and the bodywork and a paint work was fantastic.
