“My son is a freshman at Penn State Altoona, and decided to take a drive out into the middle of nowhere to take a hike with a buddy. He blew out a tire on his vehicle and was panicking. I called Dunlap Towing. I am extremely happy and pleased that Bryce answered my call for help. Bryce’s family member was able to get a tow truck out to my son (again, literally in the middle of no where) and help get the donut on, but also towed the car to a tire place for the tires to be replaced the next day. I requested that the car be towed since I didn’t want my son driving with a donut on a dirt road. Dunlap Towing was happy to oblige.I can’t convey enough, as a parent of a kid who is half way across the state from me, how much I appreciate the Dunlap Towing team for helping us out, when my son was in a bind. The team acted swiftly to get to my son and the quality of the service they provided was top notch.Thank you again to Bryce and team for saving the day….or should I say night since it was dark way out there in the middle of nowhere? “Very nice and friendly and courteous. Only issue I had was;Asked to get a trailer tire plugged, they informed me that they don't do in house service here. Then sent me 10 miles to their location that did. But that location does not plug tires, nor will they Mount a spare unless it's on a rim.....huh? Yeah that's what I was told.”
