Firstly, it's a bit hard to find in the sea of other businesses in the complex. On the plus side the clerk was helpful in finding me a better shipping rate probably once they saw the look of shock that I had over the rate of mailing something small.

The clerk was not very fond of me explaining that I did not receive the right change. I was missing $10 in change, and while I got it back, it didn't have to be as difficult as it was.I understand that we all make mistakes, but giving me attitude for pointing one out isn't very appreciated.

Walked in at 4:01 and they wouldn't take my package. Awful attitudes from the employees. Wouldn't last a day in the private sector. Glad to see the least employable of society are benefiting from taxpayer largesse.

We had no mail delivery at our business at 600 Newtown Road, Villanova, PA on Thursday, April 20 and none yet today--Friday, April 21. This is not the first time our mail delivery has failed for one day, but we've never gone 2 days without mail for no apparent reason? The other businesses and homes near us have been served. It is very difficult to operative a business without consistent mail delivery: when mail gets lost, as ours has, we have paid penalties to local government for bills not paid, etc. It is also difficult to find anyone who cares about our problem and is willing to help with solutions.

Stood in line here for half an hour bc they only have 1 clerk working. After reaching the counter I tried to buy postage for one item and had 2 packages with US postal service prepaid postage. The clerk, Elisabeth, informed me that they do not scan or accept items if I am not buying the postage at this location. Instead she instructed me to place the packages on a large pile of packages either on the side counter or piled on the floor along with packages apparently from other earlier customers. I told her that I needed the receipt for my work and mentioned that I was uncomfortable simply leaving my packages piled on the counter or floor in an area easily accessible by customers. Elisabeth still refused to scan my items or process my transaction. I asked for a manager and she told me there wasn't one. I mail many packages each month and never had any other post office tell me this. When asked if this was a USPS policy or her own, Elisabeth told me its what she wants to do and the USPS policy does not matter. This location seems particularly prone to have missing mail/stolen packages - since they apparently require customers to pile packages in unsecured areas with no accountability. I'd never mail anything here of any value and won't be returning. Oh and after leaving here I went to another post office which mailed the packages, scanned, and provided a receipt without any issue. The manager at the other location said the Villanova post office clerk was wrong and not allowed to refuse to scan/accept packages that had the prepaid labels.

Everyone there has an attitude for no reason. They didn't leave a notice slip when they didn't deliver my package and they won't help me get it. They just tell me to wait and call back so someone else can pick up the phone and then the whole process starts again.

What's up her butt? The rudest service and employees. I'm sorry I called 10 minutes before you close on a Friday.
