“We started off at the Original Mattress Factory. The man over there said hi and that was pretty much it. We liked one of the mattresses over there but wanted to look around more. We then made our way to Mattress Firm and were greeted by Symone. She was great! She stayed with us the whole time and explained everything in detail while taming my two year old while we tried out the mattresses. She was sooo nice and we ended up not going back to TOMF and just picking a mattress here because the customer service blew the other place away. Thanks again Symone!”

Tom C., and Luke, were so careful in measuring the custom banquette, provided a range of options (trim, cushion firmness and thickness, to attach or not to attach). They were so clearly knowledgeable I was happy to get their advice. The end result is absolutely perfect and really, really comfortable. The whole process was terrific. “Our experience at Bradley Michaels has been great. In the last six months or so we’ve purchased a dining room set (Yutzy, made in Ohio) and family room furniture made in the USA, and we plan to use them in the future. Brad and Michael are very helpful - even when I changed my mind about a dining room chair style after leaving the store, Michael graciously took care of it. Brad came to the house with fabric samples and measured the room to help us come up with a game plan. This was incredibly helpful because it really does make a difference seeing the colors/textures in the space. He absolutely knows what he’s doing, and what I’ve really appreciated is a low-pressure experience with him. He knows we like an eclectic look and have a budget, so we may get things at a later date or from other places as well, and it’s all ok. Many high-quality items made in the USA that take some time to receive, but worth the wait. Even delivery was a good experience.”

“This is a funny story. I was coming out from the Starbucks and I saw the sign for beds on sale at Sleep Number I said I don’t need a new bed my bed is two years old. “Well, this is a three floor structure of lots of things...packed into every available amount of thin walking lanes possible. Went there on a sunny day to allow for easy sunshine on the way in and the way out...it is a windowless tour once inside. Cudos to the workers and their ability to stay happy, engaging, and frugal. Seek and you might find something you like in this store or outside the store.”
“This was our second purchase from Original Mattress Factory. It was one of the most pleasant purchase experiences I’ve encountered. Jay was so helpful in answering our questions and explained the mattress thoroughly and the best part was no high pressure. We had gone to a furniture store close by and the guy followed us around and it was hard to discuss what we wanted because every time we started discussing it we’d turn around and there was a salesman watching with everything as if he was using binoculars to watch us. “The delivery drivers were awesome! There was a major issue with fitting the washer down my basement steps but they were super nice about it and they eventually got it through the cellar door.
