Absolutely outstanding work, I’m from out of the area with my car breaking down. Zach did absolutely an amazing job and everything possible to make sure my car was able to get me home as soon as possible even with all the issues it had.

I came to monro because of the oil change offer on Groupon. I got my oil changed. I presented the Groupon. He was dumbfounded he said he didn’t accept coupons. He didn’t understand what Groupon was. I had to pay full price.

Though they did great, until I got inspected less than a week later, failed for brakes rotors and control arm. Had to pay for another alignment in less than a week

Had my alternator replaced and needed a serpentine belt and they charged me 100 dollar for the belt and 70 for the install. A serpentine belt should be part of the install of the alternator. Please don't go here unless it's absolutely necessary. Also lied to me about the prices the day before on the phone. Only to find out my quote doubled the next day. Nothing personal. The crew seemed nice and helpful but totally scammed me.

I've been a loyal customer of Monro Verona since 2019. Sadly, I was scammed so many times and treated it like it was my fault.
1st scam was with a catalytic converter. They bid me a high price and then put in another cheap part. I had to take my car to another shop, where I found out they didn't replace the piece they were supposed to, and the process from corporate and front desk staff towards me was awful and disrespectful, not honest at all.
2nd I was overcharged with alignments that I didn't need several times.
3rd I had my oil change and service there and the guy wrote the wrong mileage and I overdue my car for next service.
4th I replaced my tires there and they put the wrong tires and then I had to pay anyway for the service and the alignment because the old tires were one size and other was other model, this caused a misalignment and the front right tire was Very worn off compared to the rest.
Distric manager and employees are poorly trained, mechanics at the shop smoke while working, all very rude.
If I could give less than a star that's what you guys deserve and if I had the time and energy I would sue Monro but you are not worth a second of my beautiful life.
New management is trying to make amends but the experience has been so bad that I can't do a positive review.
Kelsey and Kent were responsible for 1, 2 and 4. Thanks god they no longer work there but they caused serious damage to the franchise.

If you live in the Oakmont/Verona area, or just passing through, stop here if you have problems with your vehicle! I stopped on my way after work with a tire issue. They were able to get me right in, fix the issue, and I was out in no time.

Went in to inquire about a tire swap to different rims , employee was exceptionally rude and it was obvious he didn't want to help in any way,have used the arb location for a number of years and vehicles,I will not go back.
