This branch should have 4 tellers and more management on site to address any concerns or issues. What I don't like about the citizens bank is there is no offer for fraud protection or any service offered like LifeLock, I mention this because of the rise in scams and bad actors.

Not enough people working there

These people smiled and laughed at me when i told them there atm just took $180 plus fees from me. The atm never gave me my money and it took the money from my account. They are horrible inconsiderate people. If you bank there don't expect anyone there to worry about you. They literally didn't do anything but tell me call my bank. So if i went to a store and they charged me for something i didn't get would you go to the store or your bank? Let's think about it you would deal with the problem where it took place. As far as my bank is concerned the money was taken out. I couldn't even get help. You would think they would help in some way. No they have my money and i have to go to my bank. To the place i didn't make the transaction to the place that doesn't have any of the information. DO YOURSELVES A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY FROM CITIZENS BANK! Just using there ATM cost me $185.50 that i may never get back.

I can't begin to describe how ridiculous this bank is. I had 2 fraudulent transactions go through my account. 1 for 2000.00$ and 1 for $3850.00. I called immediately and the bank said all they could so is dispute the transactions. They told me they would have to put a block on the account. I didn't realize this would make it ridiculous for me to then access my account. I went into the branch and the manager had no clue at any point what to do. I had to recommend what to do to help her along. After 2 days i was able to withdraw my own money that was left. They have zero fraud protection and zero notification. Your money is not safe with them and the branch tellers are very rude and act like ur imposing on them when u ask for the simplest requests. Trust me if you're thinking about banking here don't. Ur money would be safer kept in the mail box by the street then in here. And if u do bank with them i hope u have money elsewhere because it's good as gone. Switch to a credit union they're a lot better.

Very disappointed in this branch. We had an appointment today to sign paperwork. We were contacted on Friday and and told to make an appointment for Monday. The appointment was confirmed via email. Came in this morning and we were rudely told we were supposed to have rescheduled due to no notary. Manager needs to learn customer service skills.

Wow, who runs this place? Only one lane open and the teller is slower than watching paint dry. It has taken almost 30 minutes to get three cars through the line. Find out when we get to the window there is only one teller working. REALLY! Encourage people to avoid contact ànd then staff the drive thru for minimal business.

I prefer this particular citizens location. As a select amount of branches are going “CASHLESS” this branch assured me they will continue to keep cash on hand for those rare but necessary cash only transactions!

I arrived at 4:20 pm, 40 minutes before closing and was made to feel it was an imposition to do a simple change order. In the Peebles or Seibert locations it takes about 5 to 10 minutes. It took 25 minutes today. I politely provided my ID, (even though it's a citizens account) I swiped my ATM card. Then, she tells me I'm not on the account, after doing this two times per week for four years. I was sooooo patient, but that didn't help her demeanor or her lack of professionalism. Maybe she just started. Nope, she has a business card. There were actually OTHER unprofessional comments (it was a positive comment) made about the success of the business based on the money available. I would have preferred to do this privately, but there is no email address provided by the branch. I will never be back to this location.

Its a bank! And I love the fact that when I need my money they gladly give it to me, with a smile! They also do this during their regular business hours which great, because they are always there at those particular tymes!

DO NOT open a promotional account with Citizens Bank!! They will NOT honor their end of the contract! You will do what you're supposed to do, but they will not put the money they promised you into your account per their contract!! Citizens Bank DOES NOT HONOR THEIR END OF THE CONTRACT IN A PROMOTION!! I opened a checking account w/Citizens Bank 4+ months ago. It was a promotion - you open an account, do everything you're supposed to do (1 more deposit and/or 5 POS purchases - I did both), and you were SUPPOSED to get $200, according to their promotion, "by 11/30." HOWEVER, I still haven't received my $200. I called them yesterday and was told, "we've gotten A LOT of calls about this," and "we're having our marketing department research it and we'll call you back." All I should have to do is take my promotional card into my branch, show them that I did everything I was supposed to do, have them look in my account to verify that, and then they give me my $200, BUT Citizens Bank is stonewalling all these customers, making it OUR problem that THEIR marketing dept screwed up. I desperately need this $200, as I was laid off a year ago, FINALLY landed a good job, desperately need to get my car inspected and tires before I begin in 5 days, BUT I now don't have the money to do this, all because Citizens Bank DOES NOT HONOR THEIR CONTRACTS!
