Mitchell Motors was a fantastic experience from top to bottom. My son just graduated and needed a car. Mitchells made the process easy and was incredibly transparent about everything. My son couldn’t be happier! We wish Mitchell Motors all the best! Seriously, if you are used car shopping stop by check them out. They will give you all the space you need to look and be there for you if you have questions. Prices are great too!

Recently purchased a 2008 Pontiac G8 from Rob and Dave at Mitchell Motors. Guys were both on top of there game with knowledge of the vehicle as I had about a dozen questions before purchasing the vehicle. They were both very friendly and I would recommend buying your next vehicle here. They also have an awesome warranty plan available. I recommend the 4 Star warranty that covers everything and overall might be a little bit more money but will be worth it in the long run. Thanks again guys loving my new ride!

These guys are great. Started going there to get work done on my truck. Rob and Jimmy actually teach you about what’s wrong. Best of all, the prices are fair and you’ll never leave questioning what you pay for. I won’t be going anywhere else!

I bought a very clean Kia Sorento from them this past weekend. Rob and Dave were very helpful and relaxed during my entire experience buying a vehicle from them. This place breaks the stigma of a "used car place" No pressure and no worries. They are pretty easy going and I highly recommend Mitchell Motors for anyone in need of a car, truck, or SUV.
It was a great experience coming from a buyer that's purchased vehicles for nearly 30 years.

Please note that the old reviews are not the current Mitchell Motors because there is no way anyone would give them 1 star today, In this version of Mitchell Motors is not as old as those reviews. Here is my story about them. My college sophomore daughter was looking for her first car, and like many, she spent days searching online for a good car, that looked nice, that fit into her price range. When she found the red Subaru that she wanted, we contacted Mitchell Motors and went down for a test drive. I can say that I was skeptical, as most of us are when looking at a car with higher mileage, from a smaller dealership. When we arrived, we met the owner Rob, and he was not only friendly, and helpful, but had us go on a test drive by ourselves with no pressure. We liked the car, and he gave it to us at a price under what was online. We financed it through our bank so we took it home a few days later. Now this is when I found out what a genuine and honest and excellent businessman and person Rob, the owner, is. The check engine light came on a few hours after we brought it home, and him telling us that we had a 30-day warranty, I called him immediately. That very night we had arranged for me to bring it back and he could have easily just fixed the car enough to get the check engine light off. Many car dealers would have done that. Instead he replaced the entire problem which cost him at least $1,000 if not $2000, but he was not going to sell a car to us that wasn't right. We have had zero trouble with it since and it drives very well. We even bought an extended warranty through Mitchell Motors, and they were easy to deal with in that process as well. So if you are looking for a used car, that you can feel confident that the owner of the dealership is an honest man, then come to Mitchell Motors. I have already let a few friends know as their kids are beginning to look for used cars. We will be back.

Straightforward, transparent sales experience. Don't let the previous reviews fool you, those are from a previous dealership at this location. Rob answered all my questions and got me in a car that fit perfectly in my budget.

I purchase car from here cash over $4K what is in my badget I’m Expecting find it a good running car. I find something that I like that will fit my family. I’m woman I don’t know Nothing About car so i trusted the guy sales person.I Ask the details about the vehicle that I want to purchase sales person saying this vehicle was working runs good. And I believe him and It come with 90days warranty. In a week I was drove to friend baby shower I was on the road with my 4 children the car stop in middle highway and start come out smoked From ENGINE? and I called this place explained to them about the vehicle the sales person saying to bring back to look at it what’s the problem with the vehicle. The next day I come to this Crook dealer they say they Cannot help me I was totally shock! I feel I just got big SCAMMED. $4K may not mean so much to a rich people like the owner of this car dealer, but me as a single mom that worked 2 jobs to provide 4 children by myself that money is lot for me just get a framed garbage vehicle that bought from here the ENGINE was dead I called towed truck to towed my vehicle that I bought from here. Because this dealer not Accept return my vehicle or trade to Another car, they take Advantage woman. I get depressed from this And when I try called here to speak with the owner they know who I am, when I mention my name they being rude when spoke to me on the phone.and hang On me.
