“Thank you from the bottom of my heart to Shawn, from Mitchell’s Auto on ARB.I had the misfortune to get a flat tire on my way home tonight (Sunday around 7:30 P), and by the grace of God, ended up pulling into the lot of Mitchell’s Auto by complete happenstance. I parked my vehicle and started my trek home that is nearby to facilitate a plan for retrieval and tire replacement. Shawn stopped what he was in the middle of doing to ask me if I needed help and what kind of problem I had run into. He kindly said he could take a look for me instantaneously, without a second thought.He removed my shredded tire and put my spare on in 5 seconds flat and also proffered his services when I was ready to purchase a new tire.
