Tried to use mobile checkout because the line was long. Paid in the app after scanning all my stuff and then the QR reader by the door (which was cracked btw) wouldn’t read my code, tried to get the employee to help me, he didn’t know what to do, called his manager who said “I’m not there so oh well”. He then tried to tell me I needed to pay again, even after showing him my confirmation and my bank statement proving that I paid. Wouldn’t let me talk just kept asking me to pay again and when I refused he told me to stop arguing with him… no? I already paid let me leave! Will NEVER return to this location. Buyer beware.

Jasmine the supervisor i’m a shift today lied and said her marketing manager was in the parking lot after I expressed excitement to meet her to let her know how much Have a hater Jasmine is. I really wish there was a way the company could help her improve but unfortunately the person Hass to be receptive to Constructive feedback. I’ve been coming here my whole life, longer than Jasmine has been working for the company and have spent more than her working wages on pistachios And gas. I have never asked for a discount more confrontation

always have what i need but the new dudes who work there at night they steal from customers every time i go up since theyve started ive been shorted change or straight ripped off. one night my totals $12 something and i paid with a $20. i get $2 back in change. note that my other $5 was just set on the counter behind the register. i literally had to tell dude that my change shoulda been $7 instead of $2 and he played dumb then gave it to me saying "he dropped it" nah bro u sat it on the counter was tryna get off on me. next time i went up same thing total was $14 i gave him a 20 and it took him a solid minute and a half to make sure he was giving me the right change, sat money all over the counter, dropped some. these dudes shouldnt be working with money.

The manager at this location is horrible! No customer service at all! If a customer complains about ANYTHING in your store as the MANAGER it is YOIR JOB TO ASSIST THEM... not tell them to call someone else. DO NOT USE THEIR ATM EITHER, IT DOESN'T GIVE YOU YOUR WITHDRAWAL AND THE MANAGER DOES NOT CARE.Lucky for them, I can not give 0 stars.

Autumn the manger has been extremely helpful. I stopped in several times looking for an item. She remembered me every time. She was friendly and updated me about getting the item! I work around the corner so I will be sure to stop in again..

Nothing is ever stocked. it's usually dirty and there's always boxes and products that need stocked on the shelves in the isles. the atm is always blocked with unstocked merchandise. they don't make food at night like there supposed too. the bathroom is always dirty. the manager always hires people he's already fired and lazy people. the employees never do anything but the register this store is ridiculous.

My family goes into the store pretty often, but lately, the store’s upkeep has fallen by the waist side. The grill hasn’t been cleaned in days if not longer. The pizza case had the driest looking pizza that you could imagine. The coffee station was sticky and had plenty of coffee stains, it could have wiped down at least. The pics are just a few that I could take.

Nothing is never stocked in the morning they always out of coffee products and the night leaves the place looking disgusting.
