Truck was in shop, I put approx,18k miles on it since we bought it here , was in for service & inspection charged almost 3k for brake service & 2 tires..called Gmc customer service recently to see why this truck is having issues ..stabilitrak issues, ABS issues & there are 2 recalls good to 150k ,I was told it's been completed..at RbF...possible, but brake problems still exist, hard breaking extending length of stopping distance..abs & stabilitrak again a problem with this vehicle.......update 9/13/24 followed up on repairs to eynon GMC due to closer to my home initially they tapped on pump motor..a tap ! Charged 74.15..back in again now faulty & replaced ebcm motor ,module bleed system ,leeders were rotted & 1 "irremovable"also replaced left rear caliper & front bleed bolts ,charge 981.02 then caliper 125.00 bleed screws 6.96..total now 1181.88. no one ever mention a recall warranty for up to 150k miles on the problems i.e stabilitrak faulty pump , ecbm,module ,ABS etc.i now have 4806.46..dollars spent..& plan on pulling a RV..? Safety maintaining a vehicle, but somethings out of my control .

GMC truck multiple issues with transmission costing thousands of dollars after having transmission service lines loose couple weeks after having serviced.Had truck in multiple times for check engine light outdoor ambient air sensor seems like each time they reset codes at 400 bucks stating loose wire quoted 9000 for new transmission. Buyer be ware!

Great place in a small town & staff is great to work with. Always has your best interest in mind. Also has a storage area on site. Been a customer for 15 years & it's always a great experience with the staff as they treat you like family.

I was there to drop off my moms car (service won't be under my name which is probably why they responded that theres no record of me being there) to be fixed. Their service isn't great. Takes forever for someone to get back to you on the phone. Her car did get fixed so that's good. Just could've been a better experience. Typical dealer. Pushing things that don't necessarily need to be fixed and of course their cost is more. I mean, it is what it is.

I bought a 2019 Buick Regal TourX (wagon) remotely last week from R. B. Fries, only seeing the posted photos and talking to Chris, their Finance head. They arranged the car's delivery and I couldn't be happier with their service, speed, honesty and willingness to arrange for the transport. The carrier arrived a day early in fact, with top notch equipment--a new 2-car trailer and a newer heavy duty pickup truck. The car is as advertised without any issues. Nice Job!

Had an issue with tires on a newly purchased Certified Used vehicle. They offered a reasonable accommodation to replace the tires. Sales staff were great and no pressure sales make this a proper dealership to purchase from. Would recommend to a friend.
