“This review is a long time coming. A number of years ago I needed a center cap for a wheel. I went to every junkyard from Binghamton NY to Scranton with no luck. I asked a friend and he suggested them. They didn’t have it in stock but had it within a week. Then a couple of years later my moms town car cracked a wheel on the wonderful PA roads. Once more they were the only one to find a match. For me it was a god send as my mother was very upset about her car.I would highly recommend them to anyone and I will be getting in touch with them shortly about more work.The dealings I have had with them the few times, I couldn’t ask for any more professional type standards.God bless them for their high ethical standards as they are really hard to find these days.”
“Ryan got me in same day due to my time constraint. Had my 86 year old mom’s car and the brakes were pulsating. Diagnosed problem and we decided to wait to replace rotors since pads were still in good shape. He checked the wheel bearings as well. I expected to pay at least a diagnostic fee but Ryan said no charge. Will definitely go back to him when I’m here at our mountain house and need a good trusted mechanic. Thanks again, Ryan!”
“Besten's was absolutely great. I had gotten into a small collision that required front grill work- the office was quick to call me back, dealt with the insurances and rental car for me and were very knowledgable, and polite. It's also very clean inside (surprising for a garage!) Tony called me personally when my car was finished to explain everything to me in detail. What I thought was going to take at least 1-2 weeks only took a few days and they did a phenomenal job! My car looks brand new. They are very fair and take care of you the best they can-I definitely recommend.”

“Our heroes! Towing our 5th wheel up 81 in the pouring rain to a romantic anniversary weekend to the finger lakes…….our truck broke down! 2 tow trucks were sent to us …one for the truck and another for our 5th wheel. They proceeded to take our camper to a nearby campground and park it on a site for us to stay while they towed the truck off for repair. The truck was repaired the next day and at this moment we are……on our way to the finger lakes !From our panicked first call to paying the bill (very reasonable!) we couldn’t be happier with our experience. “I got into my car after work and as I was driving I noticed my battery light indicator on. I wasn't going to make it home with the issue and pulled into J and S at 4:45pm. They informed me that they were about to close. I explained my situation and not only did they look at my car to inform me it was the alternator, but also stayed open to fix the issue. After all was said and done the cost was beyond reasonable. Since that point they have worked on my vehicles, coworkers vehicles and company vehicles. They are accommodating, fair, professional and responsive to any questions and concerns. In today's day and age it's hard to find an honest and reasonable mechanic, but I was fortunate when my alternator crapped the bed.”
