Took my car in for an engine code issue. Called the shop and left a voicemail, only to get a call back from the mechanic telling me he didn't know enough to try to solve my problem? "I'm not gonna look at that today..." That's the main reason I took my car to your shop, and I expressed that in my voicemail. What kind of garage are you running? I gave the code for the issue in the voicemail, what more do you need on a car made in 2015? Will never bring another vehicle here, and will certainly go out of my way to make sure others don't either

Pulled up to this garage for some help with oil and the man there was absolutely horrible. He was more concerned about the previous customer and us moving our car out of the road for them. Won't ever be coming back here. If it was the end of the world and there were no more auto body shops and the only one left standing was this one, I wouldn't even go to it. The parking is horrible and service is horrible.

My experience with Longfellow Automotive and its owner, Tom Palucacos, was absolutely horrendous. I had recently purchased a 2015 Chevrolet Impala and needed an Intoxalock breathalyzer installed after a DUI incident. However, the installation turned into a complete nightmare that has left me devastated and infuriated. As soon as I started the car after the Intoxalock installation at Longfellow Automotive, the check engine light turned on, followed by the battery light, and my rearview camera stopped functioning. These issues were not present before the service, leaving no doubt in my mind that the installation caused significant damage to my car.To make matters worse, Tom Palucacos was deceitful and unprofessional from the start. He provided me with a quote of $115 for the installation but then demanded an additional $115 upon completion, providing no valid explanation for the extra charge. This dishonesty and lack of transparency are inexcusable and only demonstrate his willingness to take advantage of unsuspecting customers. When I expressed my concerns and demanded repairs, Tom Palucacos not only refused to take responsibility for the damages but also made me leave the shop without addressing the issues caused by his shop's shoddy workmanship. His blatant disregard for customer satisfaction is appalling and shows a complete lack of professionalism.I cannot emphasize enough how deeply disappointed I am with the services provided by Longfellow Automotive and its owner, Tom Palucacos. My trust in their expertise and reputation was misplaced, resulting in severe damages to my car and a substantial financial loss. This entire experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I regret ever trusting Longfellow Automotive and Tom Palucacos with my vehicle. To anyone reading this review, I implore you to think twice before considering Longfellow Automotive for any services. Tom Palucacos's lack of accountability, dishonest pricing, and damaging workmanship should serve as a warning to all potential customers. I will be reporting this incident to the appropriate authorities and consumer protection agencies to prevent others from experiencing the same ordeal. In summary, my experience with Longfellow Automotive and its owner, Tom Palucacos, has been nothing short of a disaster. I highly advise against entrusting them with your vehicle, as they have demonstrated a complete lack of integrity and professionalism.

Worst experience ever! Guy had to put something in my boyfriends car, didn't tell us the battery was dead, replaced the battery ourselves, still wouldn't start, took the car back, guy thought he fixed it, and just left us there. The car wouldn't start, I went in to reception and said how ridiculous it was and that he needed to come back and fix it. When they did come back, they told me I needed to leave there property, and have the car towed. Which we had just towed to the garage for him to fix. Worst Expereinece Ever with a garage! 10/10 don't recommend
