10 out of 10 would recommend!Lawrence Plumbing has now done two jobs in my house. One was just snaking a drain pipe for my washer. The other is taking out old plumbing and replace and rerouting new plumbing for a bathroom remodel. There customer service is outstanding! EJ came sat down with me at my kitchen table explained everything they would do and answered any questions and concerns i had. My plumber Nick has answered all my questions and has done amazing work. The amount of care they put into makking sure the customer is comfortable and happy with everything is outstanding.If you have a job needing done definitely call them to do it!

Had a cracked drain stack replaced. Had to change plans because of access issues, but they fixed the problem and took 37% off the original quote price due to less work required. Will use Lawrence for all my plumbing and HVAC needs in the future.

Work not completed, parts ordered. Still not working, $901 later. After warranted parts installed, Offered to install new tankless for $4,000After 3 weeks and more parts, it was determined by the gas company that there was a leak in our gas line that caused the tank to keep shutting down. Technicians worked with gas Co to reset the water heater.

Nick called ahead to announce arrival, explained what he suspected was wrong with our water heater, fixed it and then explained everything we needed to know. He was awesome!

Bob came out and shut the water off to my shower so it would not continue to leak. He was supposed to come back because the vanity had to be moved but never did so now I can't use my shower. I'm not happy with that and now have to hire someone else.

We had someone hit our gas line on a Saturday and we had no heat in our house. Lawrence Plumbing had someone out to give us a quote, was the only company that returned our call, and made sure that the work was done quickly. Incredibly grateful they were able to do everything so quickly and made a stressful situation a little less stressful.

Excellent service, customer priority. Emailed request for service ona Sunday evening before President’s Day. Received a call Monday morning saying they could have someone come late morning. Scott came and reviewed the 2 projects I had and completed rebuilding a difficult toilet as well as checking for obstruction in a bathroom sink plumbing. Scott was friendly, professional and efficient. The office sent an email of approximate arrival time and Scott called to report he would arrive in 15 minutes, a bit earlier than anticipated. Scott gave me the cost ahead of doing the work for my approval. Would definitely use them again.
