My car wouldn't start for some reason and AAA was hours out so I called Kochka. They got to my location within the hour and took very good care of my car which was very important to me as my vehicle is a Jaguar. When unloading at home. He took the time to ensure my front end didn't hit and even rolled it right into my garage for me. Excellent service and great prices. I highly recommend.

Hard to get in and out in a timely fashion the convenience store the towing part it top notch and you pay for the best. It's a small town business with big town prices.

Push your vehicle where you need to take it, rather than calling them. Had them tow my SUV to another Garage for transmission work. Paid in advance, and dropped the keys off the day before, as I was going to be at work when they were coming to pick it up. The windows were all rolled up and fully operational when I left home that morning. Got a call from the garage it had been towed to, asking if they were supposed to repair the drivers side window also. When I told them there was nothing wrong with the window, they told me that the driver had dropped it off with the window down, and when they saw it and went out to roll it up, it would not roll up. The motor was running but the window would not roll up. When I called and spoke to the tow truck driver, I was told that I had no poof that it had been done by him, and he can't help it if it wouldn't go back up. When I told him that the decent, responsible thing to do would be to call the owner and at least inform them, I was told he didn't have time for that. Company owner was supposed to call me back, but of course hasn't bothered. Will never do business with them again.

Tow truck driver was nasty to my boyfriend's father and grandmother. Mechanics at the shop were extremely nasty towards me and my boyfriend ourselves. Highly disappointed.
