tried to call & no answer. i called a branch in new jersey after, who answered immediately

Have not been happy with them for awhile. It takes them awhile to get tasks done. With the transition to Link Bank it got worse. Bigger institutions are the way to go. I had to get a new bank card and it got lost in the mail and it was close to 4 weeks without having one.
