I didn't have my main barber. The lady I had today messed me up. I clearly asked for 1/2 inch off. She continued to cut about 2 inches. Flabbergasted. #messedmeup

I have been a loyal Sports Clips customer for years mostly at the Sienna Drive, Upper St. Clair, PA location. My stylist is Jules L. She is a great listener and takes her job very serious. Everyone likes her and she knows what she is doing.Jon K

Definitely wouldn't recommend this location let alone any sports clips. Got a hair cut from LeighAnn and it was terrible. Not at all what I asked for. Didn't ask me if wanted any product afterwards, after I told her I used product. She asked "do you want your hair cut above your eye" I replied immediately "no just a touch off the top".. she preceded to cut it incredibly shorter than what I requested and above my eyes. Entire hair looks terrible. Not to mention the obnoxious mouth breathing the entire time. STRONGLY wouldn't recommend LeighAnn.

LeighAnn is phenomenal. Not only does she do a phenomenal job cutting my nephew's hair, she has developed such a great rapport with him, he now looks forward to his hair cuts!

Checked in before leaving my house. 3 minutes before I arrived I received a text that the appointment was cancelled. Only had 40 minutes before my son had basketball pictures and they told me I would have to get back at the bottom of the list which was now a 40 minute wait.

It's absolutely terrible. This place has been continuously declining in quality for haircuts, including the way they greet the customers.Showed up an hour before close time, and they received me just because I signed in online. If not, they would have turned me away as the stylists were in a hurry to close the place down.I should have walked away. My mistake, I guess. I ended up waiting almost 20 minutes for one of the stylists to finally call me, and she basically rushed through the haircut, leaving me with the worst haircut I have ever had in my life.On both of my sides, she left a step that could be seen a mile away. Please see the photo.This used to be a great place for haircuts, but I guess the turnover of people has brought the place down.As the lady told me she was finished, I knew that she was more interested in leaving than in making sure my hair looked semi decent. I decided to just go ahead and pay and walk away.This ended up being a $27.00 bad experience. I hope the owners read this and do something about it.I will say that the stylist was not rude at all, but you can definitely see she was ready to leave, and I was just in her way.

I’ve taken my son here over the years and always have a good experience. The place is very clean. Thanks to online check in the wait has never been bad. Walk ins have a much longer wait during busy times, so I highly recommend checking in online.

As I have been here many times with my Boyfriend and we have never had any complaints today or stylus same with Priscilla and she was very nasty and have no customer service skills she was miserable from the time we went in and then started a fight with me and my boyfriend I do not recommend getting a haircut by Priscilla and anyone who goes here do not ask for her

I'm very disappointed that sports clips has now decided to run Hallmark movies and Christmas music then sports on their television it literally made me walk out. Is the entire point of their business is to get away from everything but sports. If I wanted that I literally go anywhere else or maybe they should open a Christmas clips.Service: Haircut
