Gail at USC Storage Sense is the best... excellent customer service. Left my phone on the counter, and she had left for the day... she came all the way back 40 minutes to let me pick that phone up. Awesome! Oh, and the storage facility is great, too. Clean, well maintained, supervised, and safe. Thanks, Storage Sense (and especially Gail).

We needed a temporary storage unit during our move across town. The location was very convenient to our old house and it was always clean and quiet. We never had any issues with security or accessing the facility. Using the app was super convenient to access. I also loved the security features and the introductory discount pricing.

The couple times I spoke to someone in the office they were very kind and helpful. The ease of autopay was great so I didn’t have to worry about paying my rent each month.

Both of the customer service reps that I dealt with were profession, helpful, and very personable. Great rates, great location, and a very clean property. I'm very happy with the service I receive from Storage Sense (and happy with the rate, too!!).
