“Best car wash that I have found and I have tried several even though I live in Washington I'll do the drive to go to the all washed up Auto Spa. They always have the microfiber cloths to wipe down every nook and cranny. No more at home car washes for me taking an hour and a half whereas I can be done in 20 minutes and the car looks great.”

“I take my Tesla Model 3 Dual Model Performance to this car wash, and I am never disappointed. When I first got this car, I had a really difficult time knowing how to put it into neutral (sensitive gear shift). Chris, who I believe is one of the managers, took the time to walk me through it. It helped me go from feeling anxious to confident for my future visits on how to do it all by myself. All of the other young gentleman who work there are also always very pleasant. Between the knowledge of the staff and friendly service I can't think of another car wash to go to! I am not aware if this is something that Mr. Majic has at this location or any location (I will make sure to check next time I go), but my only suggestion would be is to have something to wash my car mats off with. Thank you to the Bridgeville Mr. Majic staff. I know work may not always be easy, but take it from someone who knows, you make a remarkable difference in the customers you serve.”
“I've used this several times. Allows me plenty of time to get my dog cleaned up. My only complaint is the dryer tends to be too cold so it's best to bring along a towel of your own to dry your pup off.”
“Shout out to Roy! (or gentleman with the long white beard if I got his name wrong) About a month ago, my car stalled out on 51 thankfully close to Mr. Magic. After getting my car to turn on again, I pulled in and the man working, Roy, talked me through everything I needed to do to get home which was 45 minutes away. my car had never broken down before and I had no idea what to do.
Roy made sure I let my car cool down, checked my dashboard for errors, and had me drive around the lot a few times before leaving to make sure my car wouldn’t stall again right away. He’s the reason I got home safely! I’m so thankfully he was there to help me, otherwise I would’ve been way too freaked out. Customer service here is top tier ? thanks Roy”
“Car Bucks did a phenomenal job! I spilled Buffalo chicken dip on my front passenger seat and all under it as well. They cleaned my entire car interior perfectly. My car smelled great and they even washed the exterior as well! I HIGHLY recommend Car Bucks! Great price for all the work they did too!”

He doesn’t matter if you were there during morning night or half an hour before they close, they still give you the same quality service every single time. I am so impressed! I have gone back after multiple services just to give them a tip!
Wish the dryers were a bit better, but the initial hand wash service makes up for that!”

“First of all, the new addition of Graphene is very well worth the extra 4 Bucks per month on subscription. I say that without any hesitation. I had been very satisfied with Shining Star's Ceramic package but was a little taken back when I was forced to stop and choose whether or not I wanted to upgrade to the Graphene package. I messaged management and got a response within one day. I decided to give it a try. I have been going to Shining Star Car Wash for over 5 years. I'm a stickler for a nice clean shiny car. The only thing that bothered me over the years were the teeny tiny swirl marks that the cleaning brushes make, particularly on a black/blue finish. I don't have the time or energy to hand wash any more so I adapted to these slight drawbacks. Well, the very first time I went through and included the Graphene, I was amazed! Most of those little marks were nearly invisible. I've gone through twice now since adding it and am even more impressed. This new product addition is definitely worth the small extra charge. Go for it! You won't be disappointed.”

“To get the fit star provide people to wipe down the car. The air drivers still require that I must stop upon leaving to finish the job. I'm from another state and my car wash provides this even on the cheepest wash. Also the last time I got a wash, the rear wiper blade was dislodged. Luckily I wipe down the car and noticed this and reinstalled it. Other car washes provide a protective sleeve to insure this doesn't happen. Amazon sells these for 6 cents a sleeve. Not an unreasonable expense for your operation to get a five stars.”

5. Will be coming here often, as the service area is spacious and Safe!

7. Wheel, Manually Wash it and Pressure Wash it, I have quite a bit of brake dust and the Both Automated and Manual Washers worked flawlessly
Overall it is a good place, and I am happy that it was able to clean the Brake Dust off the Car,”
“Not a perfect wash from the touchless automated wash but as good as a local touch wash that costs almost twice as much (neither could remove bug guts). I'm excited to try the manual wash here when I have the right cash (the bill machine only breaks down $1, $5, and $10 bills)”

“Good car wash, I got the monthly wash package for the winter and it has been a great deal and helps me keep my car clean. The first time I tried to use the pass, I didn't know how to so I ended up paying for a wash. I called the number and left a voice mail and the owner got back to me the next morning and helped me learn how to use the pass and gave me a refund for the extra wash that I bought. Alec was very nice on the phone and extremely helpful, it seems like he really cares about his customers.”

“I had an excellent experience at Parkway Service Center recently. When I discovered a flat tire in my garage, I quickly switched to the spare and headed to their shop. The team was prompt and efficient in getting my car into the bay. They identified the leak swiftly, but it needed a more thorough fix later. Concerned about me using the spare tire in winter, they offered an ideal temporary solution for safe driving. As a regular customer at their gas station, this was my first time using their service team, and it was impressive. Their honesty, care, and quality work, which can be rare in the auto service industry, stood out. “Minor amount of dirt and salt residue left over on hatch, rear window, and bumper after washing, however its winter, and the vehicle had a lot of dried salt when I brought it in, which was sufficiently removed. It did about as much as you can ask an automated car wash to do this time of the year.
In nice (warm) weather, I enjoy doing it myself, but it's been below freezing, so I certainly have no plans of sticking my hands into a bucket of water any time soon!
Overall, it looked well enough for me, and their "top of the line" wash price is better than a nearby competitor on the same road a couple of blocks away.”

“I mean it's a ok car wash but its inconsistent. You might show up one day with all vaccuums clogged. Also im not sure if the payrange is helping or hurting this etablishment. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesnt and sometimes it just flat out steals my money. And im sure the owner might have a number i can call to get reimbursed but who really has time for all that.”
