The one female did her job.Ask if I needed anything got my shoe The oldest guy in there at the register And they are talking about his personal business, She puts the Box of shoes on the counter and he continues to talk about his personal life to the other Guy While my shoes are sitting on the counter It was no hi No will that be all Nothing And still he's talking and my shoes are still sitting on the Counter I understand Asking someone to wait I wouldn't even asked to wait So I just walked out.Horrible customer service The security guard had better customer service than the man at the counter They need to swap Put mister talkie talkie at the door Two stars only because of the young lady that helped me and the security guard at the door

Never gonna go back again. The girl on the counter named "Kam" or something was horrible.I spent more than a hundred dollars out of courtesy else I wouldn't spent a single penny for that worst kinda customer service.Just to let everyone know that the girl and his coworker, both of them need to have an orientation on formal behavior. If they will continue there, store gonna loose a lot of customers. Already they lost a shopaholic like me and my friend who was there with me.

This by far the worst DTLR I've ever been to. They act like you're bothering them by coming in. I stood there for 10 minutes waiting to get acknowledged. After the crackhead that was in the back door staring at me finally came out she was no help at all telling me my order was not there after I clearly showed it was ready for picke up. She never asked me what my order was just kept looking annoyed that I was there I will never go back there and I strongly recommend that this store does a major hiring event to put people who actually want to work in there. I don't recommend this place to anyone who wants customer service. I would give this store no star but it wouldn't let me leave a review.

This location is a sorry excuse of an establishment and a horrible representation of their corporation. The level of customer service that I received here was so terrible it’s hard to even describe in words, in the attempt of asking why my total was more than it should be due to the tags on the actual items A lady response was do you want it or not as I respectfully asked why it’s not coming up as what it shows on the tag the next response was OK I’ll take it off not answering or explaining why the price is not what it is stated on the tag I calmly said I’m not asking for you to take it off I want to know why it’s not the price that stated she got an attitude with me and said again do you want me to take it off or not? Her male coworker approached me aggressively and asked me if I had a problem and why am I giving his coworker a hard time confronting me side-by-side not behind the counter with his chest out almost making me feel the need to bear arms in defense. I purchased the items, and on my way out I realize that the alarms were still on the item and the lady who cashed me out was just trash talking me as I confronted her about it coming to this location expect to get treated disrespectfully and challenged to do the right thing as it really almost got out of hand in there. Good merchandise but horrible employees with horrible customer service who believe they are gangsters.

Customer service sucks. You walk in and nobody greets you. Nobody asks if you need any help. You have to go look for somebody to help you. The employees look like they don’t even wanna be bothered.

The store on 7/29/23 did NOT open up on time as stated on the store hours posted.The girl who works the register has a very nasty attitude. She talks to the staff real sideways and in front of customers. She needs to work on her customer service skills and how to talk to coworkers properly. I didn’t need to know you have an issue with your coworker.

My daughter took her son to this particular sneaker villa store. She was ignored when asked for assistance from person at counter. The person at counter looked at my daughter while asking question and counter person (employee) turned her back on my daughter (customer) and did not address question my daughter had asked. She wanted to purchase a pair of crocks for her son. I will definitely spread the word about this particular sneaker villa…disgusting behavior from the employee. I did not want to give a star to the sneaker villa store, in order to post you have to give at least a star, because of the employees behavior when not assisting a customer. No the customer was not disrespectful to employee, she just wanted crocks for son.
