Passport Renewal…stop worrying… the staff here at 19082 is Super Helpful and friendly …a real Bright Spot in a difficult world…If they opened a cafe…I would be there everyday… IT WAS A JOKE…there is no coffee there but we left feeling MISSION ACCOMPLISHED…

I had a terrible experience getting my fingerprints done at this location. Jennifer, the clerk, was wildly unprofessional when the machine was not functioning correctly. She was unable to offer troubleshooting despite being the only “fingerprinting specialist” available. She simply said “I don’t know” and then proceeded to call me a SLUR under her breath. I waited 40 minutes and eventually someone was able to fix the machine. Jennifer should be fired she was incredibly rude

Lazy employees that refuse to do their job and look for my package. It Took them 40 minutes of wasting my time, just before for the supervisor to come out and found my package within 1 minutes. They're all rude and unprofessional.

Took my uncle to renew his passport. The line was a 10 min wait. Jennifer at the desk assisted us and was the best help. While filling out the paperwork the line did get longer but by the time our paperwork was filled out she was ready to take his picture
