I'm so disappointed that they don't take the time to clean when you walk down the aisle there is alot of trash underneath the shelves.I feel like nobody care about this neighborhood store but if you take a ride to the shoprite in Drexel hill you can see the difference

I decided today I will no longer shop at this store!!! This morning I had issues with a cashier not wanting to do their job. The sad part the front-end manager was standing right there and didn't once check her staff. They looked the same age so of course they don't care or going to take the person seriously!! I got home my groceries weren't bagged right at all. Frozen items are with the nonfrozen items!!! It's the lack of professionalism for me!!! It's not just the cashiers it's also the deli department too!! The sad part about it is they have no respect at all for the customers or staff!!! The deli department they are not welcoming and they are not professional either!!! Since I have been coming here the only professional ones I have come in contact with are the guys who work in produce in the morning time!! They are so respectful and helpful!!! They are always welcoming every time!!! Maybe I need to come in the afternoon after the shift change maybe I will get better customer service. I shop here in the morning time because it's not that busy. The people working here are always angry and have a bad attitude and it's sad!!! I spend too much money in this store every time I come here because it's closer to me. Today I decided I need to travel further out to receive the great customer service that I deserve!!! Please don't tell me to make another complaint because I did that already!!! You guys need to get rid of all the people that your customers are complaining about and hire people with class, professionalism, and respect!!! If you don't you guys are gonna lose a lot of customers!!!

Poor customer service with the light-skin skinny young girl at the counter.She was extremely rude, impatient, and condescending. I did speak to the manager about her nasty attitude. I’m old enough to be her damn mother. I’m not arguing with a little immature girl fresh out of high school that’s definitely not on my level. The manager/corporate better have a whole meeting with these dense headed young people employed at their store. Teach them about professionalism and how to speak customers. Someone like me will let my voice be heard and Karma will answer. You get what you put out!

Employees are very disrespectful management are the worst they all play with each other, They argue to the point where they are about to fight, Always on their phones never no one in customer service and when you ask for customer service they have serious attitude this is the worst store that has so many issues, Now I must say the seafood department are very friendly and very helpful and I would keep them, Cashiers and management needs to be fired and replace to them its all about their pay check especially customer service, Too many of my friends stopped shopping at this store because of the behavior of the workers and I am about to stop myself because I spend entirely too much money to be disrespected every time I ask for help. These issues need to be addressed before everyone stops shopping at this store, 69th street

Why are you guys spraying bug spray in the bathroom or whatever that smell is whatever it is stop doing it. It’s toxic and is polluting the air quality. I couldn’t even use the bathroom because there was a barrier of bug spray.

Can’t wait to move. Forced to get grocery delivery fm this location since it’s the closest but never ever again. After 3 years, of mostly unpleasant experience, today was the cherry on top. They are true scam artists in home shopping. They overcharged my debit by $15 on the delivery because they said ‘The sales for most of my product must’ve ended’ though I just placed the order after midnight. Call in to cancel, I get hung up on. Come to find out thru an actual fresh grocer customer care representative, they didn’t even cancel the order officially. I love the store but only shopping in store from now on. Y’all are extremely lucky I don’t have a weapon I don’t play dese games

This is my neighborhood store but I gotta start shopping elsewhere. Your meat are bad. I bought a big pack of wings yesterday. Opened them today and they smell rancid. This happened alot. I buy your steaks and the side not visible is brown. This happens roo often. Stop feeding us bad meat.

To management, number 1 in your hot food line I am hearing an older lady ask a question to an employee and she one word answering her with an attitude. I get in line to check, you have an employee at the register with an hood on her talking on the phone with an earbud. Never once said hello no nothing just casually talking on the phone! This is a disgusting experience!

My review is based on the Hot Foods Buffet. I drive all the way from UC to hit it up several times a week. Everything looks neat, clean and is visually appealing. Whoever manages this department , cares. I usually get the wings (they offer 4 types every day, the fried & curried ones are my favorite), the delicious sweet candied yams and the collard greens or cabbage which always has lots of colorful vegetables added. My generous platter usually cost me less than $10 (that sure beats the underwhelming restaurant food in UC that costs closer to $20 for lunch). Another attractive factor for me is the judicious use of salt. I really appreciate that the the food is not excessively salty as I have a 1500mg daily and sodium limit.

Easy to maneuver this Grocery store, very well stocked with many choices for each item I needed. Meats/Seafood are fresh and plentiful.

You are getting a good price; whether you want food or veggies, they seem to be the most affordable in the area. Sometimes during the weekends it gets very busy with long lines. But, typically not an issue at all.
