The business is coin-operated, and customers can use a debit or credit card to get cash back for coins and exchange excess coins back to bills. There is no need to buy a laundry card or worry about losing it. Prices are great, with a small washer at $3.50, a medium at $5.50, and a super size at $10. The laundromat does not use marketing gimmicks like others that claim to offer free dry by upcharging on their washers. Superior customer service is the priority. The people who run the facilities are nice, friendly, and very nice persons. They are open to help people with their needs and questions. They offer excellent drop-off laundry service that includes wash, dry, and professionally folded, with detergent, bleach, stain remover, and fabric softener included. The drop-off and pick-up service is great, and clothes are folded very nicely. The employees are wonderful, pleasant, and beautiful persons who take great care. They watch over customers' things, keep an eye on laundry, and ensure safety, even tying clothes in a bag for safekeeping if left overnight. They know their customers and look out for them. The laundromat is open Monday through Sunday from 7 AM to 10 PM, sometimes staying open until 10:00 upon customer request. There are over 28 parking spaces on two lots plus street parking. The community is very happy to have them, and customers have nothing but good things to say, giving five-star reviews from the bottom of the heart. It is a place with nothing but love.
