Took my car in a while back, I’ve got some damage on my hood that makes it a bit harder to open, but nothing too bad. However they needed to call me and have me come down each day they worked on it to open it myself.
They also removed my headlight cover and then gave it to me when done, I don’t know cars extremely well, but I’m pretty sure that if you removed it you should put it back.
Aside from these things, they did what I asked and got it back to me eventually. So decent job

Bob and his team are awesome and you always get a fair price with great service. I have a large suburban and yesterday I hit a curb with my back tire. Of course it went completely flat. I took it to Rossi’s yesterday afternoon and explained what happened. I’m fortunate that it did go flat because all of my tires were wearing very badly on one side. I ended up replacing all four tires and going back for an alignment in a couple weeks (going on vacation tomorrow). They care about their customers. Been using them for years. Would highly recommend.

Most pleasant people
Checked the tire, found a screw in, inflated it and sent me home with no charge.
Had to tip 20 the guy just for being so nice and genuine ??

Moved to Drexel Hill this year, wanted to find a closer mechanic. Called on a Saturday to schedule a state inspection, dude said he couldn't do it that day and to drop the car off Wednesday morning, key and paperwork in the car, etc. No problem, I didn't plan ahead. Drop my car off Wednesday, name and number on the key, paperwork in the glovebox. Call back later to check on the status, guy on the phone says no one told me to drop my car off, can't do it that day has no idea can do it Thursday. Figured I got confused, whatever.Get a callback that my car cannot pass inspection b/c my back tail-light has a crack - have had that crack for 3 years and have passed inspection every time no problem. Told I have to go get the part myself, still being charged for inspection. Will not be coming back, going back to Tice Auto in Manayunk/Rox. Better mechanics, less rude, have gone out of their way to get parts/replacements for me instead of just failing and charging anyway.
