Been going there for years, always have honest answers, reasonable prices, great service, and efficient turnaround time. Just recently had an issue with my car that I discovered 2 hours before they closed on a Friday. Took it over and got it back in working order before they closed up shop. The whole team is helpful and kind. Cant recommend enough.

THE BEST!! I swore I submitted a review before but I cannot say enough about the amazing service at Ramsey's. I have been going to them for 10yrs now, they have taken care of all my vehicles and I haven't had any issues. As a woman, I have had experiences w/ auto shops overcharging or adding on more things to "fix" and I have never experienced that at Ramsey's. The pricing is fair and clear, they aim to get you the best deal, they take the time to explain things and are always patient w/ all my questions and they are truly pleasant to work with. I recommend them to anyone looking for a good auto shop family. Thank you so much Bob and the team for all your awesome service!! ?

Ramsey's is simply the best. I have a friend who used to work for them, and he said they are always honest. And that Bob's a straight shooter. They have a well-deserved reputation for being one of the few truly honest, reputable mechanic shops out there!

I am not from the area and I was nervous about taking my car to a mechanic I did not know. They saved me tons and worked with my needs. As someone who has moved a lot I consider myself so fortunate I happened upon a shop I trust.

Had a really bad experience here. After going to Ramsey's for years I had a terrible experience that I need to share. I have two elderly parents that I help. I'm truly blessed that I have both my Mom and my Dad in my life still. I took my Mom's to Ramsey's for an oil change. The car was in amazing shape. The make is a Honda crv 2011. It's never leaked oil ever. Every time I visited my parents after getting the oil change I noticed that there was an oil spot in the driveway. I made sure that it was coming from the CRV by putting a paper towel underneath the car. Sure enough it was leaking oil. I took it back to Ramsey's and had them look at it. It turned out someone forgot to put the knob back in the oil pan. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. The engine could've seized up. SMH That was the last time I ever took anything back to Ramsey's.

When you look for a mechanic (or a doctor or a plumber or any skilled person who you have to rely on) what is the most important thing that you need? A person you can trust. That’s Bob. And not only is he a fair/genuine, long time small business owner who I trust, he’s also a good mechanic, who will take care of everything your car needs, and if he can’t, he will let you know…quickly. So glad we got the recommendation to take our car to him a number of years ago. Have been taking cars to him ever since.
