If you want membership, make sure if you want to cancel you can go in person or send in a certified letter, they won't let you cancel over the phone like every other planet fitness. They also said they'd freeze my membership for a few months so I could make the time to come down and over the next three days they took and additional $100.70 from my bank account.

Management called me to resolve a payment issue, they refunded the full amount. In addition to resolving this issue for me, I also have to say that Staff has always been polite and very helpful!

Of all the greater Philadelphia locations I have been to, this is my least favorite. It is quite a small building, so there are limited machines and it was packed when I went.
