Are the employees trained to lie to customers? Everything he said I would repeat it back to him to verify if I heard him correctly and each time he would say yes and 2 minutes later he would tell me something different. Another employee came over to help and course his excuse is "well, he's new". Truly fed up with these phone companies.

I went to this location this morning trying to get help on my account. The girls who was there to help the customers seemed like they didn’t know anything about the job. The supervisor wasn’t so nice also I waited for a long time for him to help and end up leaving without getting anything done. Worst store to go to for help.

Unprofessional. Racist. Childish. The managers are leading the way with bad customer service, unless you're Latino. They're not informing customers of what they need to know when purchasing devices and accessories. The manager is not professional and more personal if you're not of Latino decent. I think this store will have serious problems if it continues to be unprofessional and the workers need to know this asap.

**BE VERY CAREFUL**
Very bad experience
I had just arrived in the United States and they gave me a phone line with this company and in this store;
I take the $40 plan for 10 GB but since I paid with money and do not link with any bank, they charge me $45 (for the moment we are doing well) they also charge you for activation and the chip in the store tells me that it is 85.. but After 5 minutes, Metro T-Mobile sends me a message saying that the total is $75. I go to the store to complain and they tell me that the
message does not include the $10 activation fee, well I let it go and left; But after two weeks, a colleague went to the same place and got a $50 plan, an unlimited plan.
It costs $55 because I don't link it with any bank card, $55 + activation + card, but the invoice they gave my colleague shows her a USB purchase and at no time have we asked for a USB and they didn't even give us the usb for
They took us home, so they were taking advantage of us since we don't know English. It was $90 at home. We looked closely at the bill so we saw that it didn't fit, so the next day we went to complain about the mistake they made and if in the end They gave us back the $15 so in total it was $75.
Because it is expensive for me to get the cheapest plan and my friend to get the most expensive and unlimited plan is cheaper than mine. They don't believe that it is a fraud.
ADVICE FOR PEOPLE WHO ARE NEWLY ARRIVAL:
Be careful, they are going to do it because they are taking advantage of the people who are just arriving in the country and it is poorly organized and it is better to take the unlimited or get a plan
. I THINK THE SELLERS ARE SCAMING PEOPLE WHO DO NOT KNOW ENGLISH VERY WELL AND LOOK CAREFULLY AT THE INVOICE
