Store Manager (said his name's John) should reconsider career paths. As a customer I don't need to know how stupid the mfers are that work under you. I'm there for you to correct their mistake. I paid for my phone numbers to swap phones. One did the other did not. I left due to his unpleasant nature and sassy attitude.

Visited the store 3/13/23 This is a busy Corporate store I approached the rep a was told I had to see a specific rep knowing I had a long wait l looked for a chair which was always available in the past. I was told no chairs were available I asked for the manager, Joseph (manager) stepped up , I explained I was disabled, he still refused me. I then asked him about the Federal Disability Act, he told me he did not have follow that law because it was privately owned customers chimed in an voiced their frustrations. This was some of the worst customer service I ever experienced . I left, will contact Metro corporate office

Horrible. I was sold or defective phone made to think I was getting a deal .I got home the phone had major problems .I took the Metro back the NEXT day was told to take it to repair shop .The repair shop told me take it back to the Metro store it was defective .He didn't even touch the phone. I called him and he could not hear me talk., I went back to the Metro store the manager thrown me out of the store and told me he will call the cops on me he told me I must have dropped it .They didn't want to deal with the phone . The screen was black and I couldn't even call nine-one-one if I had to. I'm disabled. I was sold screen protector and a case which I was told came with the phone. I later found out on my receipts she charge me for .No box ,no container ,no plastic. I called corporate they said it was a lie they told me to take it back to another Metro that was a half an hour away from my house. I didn't want to go back into the store 69th street but they said I had to get my return for the$ 57. if I wanted a refund on the case and the screen protector. Was crazy as my phone box said not for resale. Having been a customer for 13 years never been late. Never had my phone cut off. The last three times I've been in there they had no customer I was wondering what was going on. I can't believe I was being treated this way after 13 years of service. I really had to go to three different metros and call corporate four times. I wanted to switch companies but one bad apple does not spoil the whole bunch. Metro customer service when you call is all that. I will never go on their 69th Street store again. Know what they did was camouflage the phone with a case and the screen so that I wouldn't know that they probably dropped it . She came out the stockroom with this stuff already on it.. then had the ordacity to charge me for it and told told me it came with the phone

My experience here was amazing. I was in no man's land & AL from Metro 69 Street was the best customer service & professional anyone can ask for. He was kind, patient & more importantly he saved the day. Please make sure to mention my review & ask for Al when you pay them a visit.

How does it say you're open from 12pm-5pm and I get here at 2:10pm and you're closed? Why? This is why I go out of my way to Cheltenham. Never any problems there.
