Tech came out at Midnite with heat off. Was unable to fix, but got all details and service tech came first thing in after getting parts and repaired. VERY grateful to the team as we have an elderly person on hospice in the home and temps dropped to low 30s past few days

Waiting has been now 72 hours when someone was to call in 24 to 48 hours it’s a bully company that threatens old people with a hold on their service or an early termination fee but the field supervisor is yet to call about a charge that was never authorized

DO NOT enter a service plan agreement or a ceiling plan with them. First they tried charging me $500 for a basic service agreement. When I called and asked why it was so much they told me it was a mistake and lowered it to $350.When you have a service plan, you are under contract that you cant order oil from anyone else. I received an automatic fill up mid Jan 2024. They charged me 4.20 per gallon. I knew that was much higher than what oil prices are so I called 3 other local oil companies that same day. I was right, oil was only priced at 3.75 per gallon. I called Meenan and was told I pay extra for reasons like being able to reach them 24/7 (isnt that why I pay for a service plan?). I also want to add, I told the costumer service rep that I already want to terminate my contract at the end of my agreement. He told me he couldn't do that.Meenan stinks

I've been waiting to talk to a service supervisor three days now after someone was supposed to call 24 to 48 hours. They have a bully system that when you're not happy and say you're thinking about leaving they want to put your account on hold if you say you are leaving, they want to charge you an early termination fee , a tech showed up at my brothers house who has a contract with them never ever asked or was told that the part was not covered a week later he got a bill of $500 for a transformer if the supervisor does not call what kind of business are they running, are they slowly robbing the old people?

Sorry Meenan, First of all, my Daughter loves your phone customer service but, in her last oil delivery and tune-up, a problem was discovered. The delivery was not completed because of an issue with a slight clog in the "whistle" valve of the oil input that prevented a complete fill. The driver said there was a problem and drove away without completing the delivery. This was fixed IN 10 MINUTES by myself with a Google search and a pipe wrench!!! Then, in the regular tune-up, the tech spent OVER 2 HOURS, while also making personal phone calls, only to DISCONNECT the electrics to the heater and declaring it "unsafe" WITH NO CONVERSATION WITH ME until AFTER it was done and saying that a new heater was required (nice try for a sales job). Only after push-back from me did he reconnect it, REPAIR the small leak that he noted as the "unsafe" issue and finally left. This was a totally ham-handed way of trying to sell a new unit and the tech was unprofessional and rude. After calling another company, an inspection was made and although not immediately needed, she did get a NEW Heater/Air assembly installed. After this, my Daughter called to get her regular oil delivery done but was denied by Meenan because of the prior issue. Obviously, she cancelled her contract with Meenan (by the way, she has NOT received her contract refund back yet) and contacted another company for her oil and service to be done. I know service techs are taught to try and sell new equipment in the visits, but the way this was handled left a completely sour taste in my mouth for this company.

Bad Customer Service! Contacted them over a bill and keep getting ghosted no supervisor ever calls back! Techs come out and either break our equipment (which ended up with water in my basement) or lecture about what every they want! Can't wait for my contract to end been with Meenan for almost 15yrs but apparently customers are not important! AVOID THIS COMPANY!
