Review Title: Highly Disappointing and Unprofessional Experience
I regret to inform potential customers about my extremely unsatisfactory experience with Marshall Road Auto Repair. Their lack of professionalism and courtesy was truly disheartening.
The staff members I interacted with were not only rude, but they also exhibited unethical behavior that can be best described as scam-like. They seemed more interested in making a quick buck than providing quality service or maintaining a good reputation.
Their refusal to provide an invoice raised a significant red flag. It made the payment process unnecessarily complicated and dubious, as they accept only cash. This practice is highly unorthodox and raises questions about their record-keeping and transparency in transactions.
The telephone interactions were the tipping point of my frustration. The representative on the line was not only unhelpful but consistently used inappropriate language and hung up on me multiple times.
I would strongly advise against using Marshall Road Auto Repair. Their unprofessional conduct, dubious business practices, and lack of transparency are all reasons enough to seek services elsewhere.

anyone who answers the phone very rude they don’t make the prices of handling your car or retrieval of your belongings clear at all. ver shady to and rude and short. wouldn’t let me get a scentence out and acted like i was stupid because i didn’t know what a reclaim form is. this establishment should not be in business. if i could’ve rated 0 stars i would have. all of these bad reviews are very accurate to this establishment and all the positive ones are obviously either paid for, they’re employees, or people who have enough money to spare for the issue and didn’t mind there upcharging because they’re problem was resolved to there satisfaction… does not relaxer on the professional nature of this establishment whatsoever.
