I was born in San Antonio and this place is the most legit Authentic Mexican Restaurant in the philadelphia area. The food is excellent. They have a wide selection of interesting sodas from Mexico and Central America (made with real sugar not corn syrup). The restaurant is tucked away in the back. The grocery itself has excellent Mexican Pastry/ Cookies. They have great tortillas, and wide selection of authentic mexican/ central american ingredients. The staff is very friendly. Just a heads up it is cash only but it is reasonably priced. I have been looking for a REAL mexican restaurant for a long time. It is nice not to have to go out to Kennett Square to get some Legit Mexican food in PA.
