They ‘fixed’ my jade bangle twice. First time, the connection white gold was dented. The second time, there are glue shown at the connecting area. It looks bad. They charged $700 for this bad job! If they do not have the skill to fix my bangle, they should have not accepted the job. Now, my bangle is ruined and cost me a lot of money! Terrible!!! Very disappointed!!!I brought the bangle back to the store. The owner said I put the glue there, refuse to solve the problem, asked me to bring my husband there to talk to him, kicked me out of the store!!! I never received any service from any store like this one!!! I raised my voice after he said the glue was there originally! He basically said I am a liar! If he never fixed jade bangle before, he should turn down the job! Instead he took my money and did a bad job! He became so defensive afterwards I pointed out the problem. A small minority woman hurt his great man honor!For your own safety, stay away from this man! For your jewelry safety, stay away from this business!
