John and his team are top notch. I had a blow out tire near their location and they took such good care of me. I had them do my inspection too. Great service, great prices. It's hard to find an honest mechanic. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

I must say, I was very disappointed with my experience here. Dropped my vehicle off for an oil leak repair along with other work to be done. I was told if it still leaks bring it back. Did continue to leak. Brought it back ( another day lost) only to be told it would be an additional 670.00. Going to find someone else to do the job right.

After a few missteps from another local auto mechanic, my wife and I decided to give these guys a call since it was within walking distance. From the first call to when we had to pay, they were fantastic. Brian explained everything in laments terms, did not talk down to us and was very polite and personable. This is how a business should be run. I will recommend you to everyone I know moving forward. Thank you for the exceptional service!

The guys at this service station are excellent at what they do and they provide exceptional service. Always very good at communicating any issues and always a quick turn around time...at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend This station to anyone!

Brian is very friendly and explained everything to me so that I could do what was best financially, but also get what I needed. They are not pushy and don't try to get Iverson on female customers. It's hard as a woman to find an ethical mechanic, and Drexel Automotive has definitely won my trust and patronage. I will certainly be back for any future maintenance or repairs. Brian is great, and I didn't feel as though he was talking down to me or trying to pump cash. I like that they have a female receptionist as well. They all seem like great guys and I'm so glad I found this place so close to home. This is a place I would be happy to recommend to anyone in need of a quality auto shop. Thanks guys!Services: Tires

Came in concerned about a noise.. even though they were booked up, they had a guy ride with me and check it out, fixed it in seconds on the spot, and assured me I was good to go. No charge. Didn't try and push extra stuff (my cars a beater and they obviously could have)... Really happy. Thanks guys

I've had my car serviced by John HAUSER'S a few years now.. ever since I moved to this area. Right from the get-go I noticed how polite and respectful they are, actually treating you like you and your business matter and are important to them. They are honest and direct about the repairs they do, always explaining options or necessities, prices, etc. Their pricing is solid too. But the BIG point I want to make here is about the character behind the business. I had some rather extensive repairs done on my car last year. Shortly after which I had to travel to Massachusetts for medical reasons, needing to stay in Massachusetts for surgery and a fairly long PT rehab. During this time I had difficulty with my car. I was told my car needed the same repair John's shop had done on my car...big $$$. I knew it couldn't be true but had no idea what to do. I reached out to John HAUSER'S and John went ABOVE AND BEYOND, helping me trouble shoot, find a reputable garage, and HE called to apprise the garage owner about the case. I have no words!!! I have such respect and gratitude for John's kind, professional, honest, straightforward help!!!! This took time and effort away from his busy day with quite a few different interactions; not only calls with me but researching garages in the area I was in in Massachusetts, but also actually calling and talking with the owner of the garage I ended up taking my car for the service needed. The net result of the repair saved me HUNDREDS of dollars (over a thousand) and a car that's safe to drive back to Pennsylvania in a few weeks! I would give John and John HAUSER'S garage a HUNDRED Yelp stars if I could!!!It is rare that businesses now days treat customers respectfully....but John and his Company not only treated me with respect, but with honesty, kindness, and effort that will stick in my mind forever, inspiring me to "pass it forward"! Thank you, John!!!

We had an unexpected meeting with a huge pothole over the Christmas holiday, major damage to the radiator, all fluid leaked out. We left our car at John's overnight, without an appointment, we were 30 miles from home and without a go-to mechanic in this Drexel Hill area. I counted 62 cars in his parking area. Not a space to be found...that is usually a great sign or a really bad sign. In this case, it was a great sign...a wonderful testimony to a shop that does it right, on time and with a reasonable cost. John brought my car in within 2 hours the next day, and had it completely repaired within 24 hours. I could never have imagined such excellent service, truly above and beyond. Oh, and those other 62 cars, they were down to 45 when I left, but many more had come to replenish the stable of cars needing service. No wonder, this is a great place, really rare in today's world to find such outstanding mechanics and so honest too! Joe M

It's hard to find a mechanic that you can trust, does great work, and doesn't expect your 1st born for payment! Especially as a women over the years I've run into many unethical car shops! But my sister and brother-in-law use this shop and highly recommended them and in the years that I've been using them since I've been very happy! They even take me home and pick me up when they are working on my car. Just likey sister, I highly recommend Housers for your auto needs. The one and ONLY thing negative that anyone could possibly say about them is that word has gotten out how reliable, trustworthy, and knowledgeable they are so for most things you need to make an appointment and I've found the wait is about a week and a half! Since I've switched to them I've been lucky so far and I haven't had a situation where my car broke down and I need the work done yesterday! So, I can't really testify to what they can do for you in a case like that . ?

Every single time the repair or service was done promptly, the price was fair, and I was back on the road in no time. I cannot recommend them enough. On the recommendation of a friend, I had my oild changed today and tires rotated as well as just a good once over for my car at Drexel Automotive. John, who apparently owns the place, was friendly and knowlegeable, and as a single woman, I appreciate that I did not feel hustled as I did with my prior service station. Everything was done to my satisfaction, promptly and at a reasonable price. Actually cheaper than what I had paid elsewhere. I am extremely happy and you have a new customer!Services: Oil change

As always, since they opened for business, our experience with John Hauser and his staff was great.My first experience with John was when he reviewed a problem that I had with hoses, and he advised that we go back to the place that had installed them incorrectly, rather than John doing the work and charging us. I took his advice, and the original shop had to redo the job free of charge, with the info from John as my backup in case of any argument.From that point forward, we have trusted John and his staff of skilled, courteous, knowledgeable, personable people with all of our car repair and maintenance needs.We are confident in the quality and value of the work performed always, and appreciate the proactive advice given for future maintenance planning.I tell all of my family and friends about John's services, as I am sure that he will always give the same high level of service and value, regardless of who the customer is.Definitely a very satisfied customer, with every experience!Thanks, John and team Hauser!Services: Oil change

People are very nice and helpful but estimate was way off for my brakes. I ended up paying over $100 more than the quote. Thankfully they have a snap finance plan where you dont pay any interest for 100 days which is a good option for some heavier work done.
