“We purchased a new home earlier this year that had a combined family, dining, and kitchen space and were unsure where to start with putting together a cohesive design plan. We had spent an entire day picking out a dining room table and didn’t know how to build around it. We met Rylie Roberts at Ethan Allen and explained our situation. She asked a lot of questions to get a feel for our likes and dislikes and then crafted an entire floor plan to pull the space together. She walked us through all of the different choices and listened patiently to our reaction and suggested alternatives. She even offered additional appointments so that we could get comfortable will all of the selections which we took her up on.
We felt confident with her design and moved forward by placing the order. The process was seamless and she worked with us on the timing of our new construction so that we could ensure delivery soon after we settled. She communicated with us frequently to keep us up to date on the status. The result is exactly what we were looking for and balances comfort and style. She visited our home to see everything in the space and helped make adjustments and suggestions for the future.
I cannot overstate the peace of mind we had in entrusting her with the most important space in our house. Rylie was personable, professional, patient, and has a keen ear for listening and an eye for design. We were so impressed with her work that we engaged her services for additional rooms. “I bought a pkg of 8 leaf shaped soaps for my bathroom.They are a great size!!! And so so colorful! The scent was of mychoice…applejack. Sooooo yummy smelling. The service was great and they arrived so quickly. This business is a keeper for sure!!! To boot, they sent me a free gift. Won’t say what it is.You have to buy from them yourself and find out. LOL These soaps are the loveliest I have ever seen and my bathroom looks and smells luscious!”

“You don't need anything in here but you will definitely want one or two random things - tote bags, thank you card, cocktails mixes, candles, pillows, purses in the shape of a carton of popcorn... This is the perfect place to find a unique gift for someone, (especially if that someone likes pink) ... Including babies, every time I come in here it seems the baby section has expanded. I don't go all out in here because the stuff is a little pricey but it's a fun store to browse. It's more spacious than it looks, I see people maneuvering strollers no problem.”

This shop is packed with everything you could think of - jewelry, candles, journals, bath products, handbags, crystals, and clothes! So many unique pieces too, lots of one of a kind items. I purchased my fabric to make my first a-line skirt and all my roll clothes fabrics (when this place was James&Jones)! The creek of the original wood floors to the smell of fabric is a memory I cherished and takes me back to when Germantown has Buster Brown, Duval's Hoagie shop, Rowells Department Store and you didn't need to go out of the familiar to buy anything ❤️❤️”

“When I think of Kellijane, I think of beauty, luxury and the best linens that will be passed down to generations to come. I have not had the pleasure of experiencing her original store; however, I would always get excited for the beautiful linens and multitudes of dish towels my mom would bring home. Sight unseen, I understood no matter the purchase each item would be sensational! This was my first time finally having the true Kellijane experience. I joined my mom at Kelly's South Philly studio and was so graciously invited in to see a combination of linens I would have never fathomed could look so beautiful together. At first glance I did not see how it would work. Yet, Kelly has this unbelievable, unparalleled eye that made me see the beauty in the contrast of colors and patterns. Kelly gave us a space for creating a beautiful bedroom scheme without pretense or pressure. She welcomed our ideas with an open ear and always offered another variation. As times are tough both mentally and financially, these purchases are not a daily occurrence. Yet, there was no question or judgment of what we could or could not afford. Kelly only wants you to love what you bring home. Her philosophy on life and how she does business is one I/we (mom) inspire to emulate. She loves what she does and that is truly salient in her work and throughout our interaction. In the sometimes pretentious and oft overwhelming world of luxurious items and design, Kelly is THE quintessential person to make your house your home.
