I am disappointed with the professionalism and lack of communication displayed by this business, especially since we considered this business based on a referral.
The groomsmen's party had our initial fitting in December 2023, however, this business did not start working on the groomsmen's outfits until 3 weeks before the wedding in April 2024. The Groom and vendor settled and communicated on a date regarding the final tux pick-up. The vendor let us know the day before the scheduled final pick-up that the groomsmen's tux was not ready, with no valid explanation except that he did not start working on them. If we never called the day before to confirm our appointment, the vendor would have never let us know the groomsmen tux was not ready. It is worth noting that multiple individuals needed additional alterations on the day of the 'Final fitting.'
Additionally, after constant back and forth in-store, on the phone, and via text on the exact color fabric for the groom's tux, the vendor still applied the incorrect fabric, which then caused additional delays in the process. The vendor did end up changing the fabric partially to the tux. He did not apply the correct fabric across all custom areas of the tux. So as a result there are two shades of blue on the groom's ceremony tux.
Lastly, the custom lapel pin ordered for the groomsmen was much smaller than the sample pins displayed in the store, with an explanation of 'This was the biggest size they could do.' However, the style and size received was not similar to the pins selected when the invoice was finalized.
At no point during this process did the vendor take responsibility for his mistakes, nor offer a discount or additional consideration given the weekly travel commute back and forth to Philly and NY for the past 3 weeks.
The overall quality of the outfits is good, however, the bumps and disconnect during the process did not make it worth it.

I had my tux ordered from Henry and it came out really nice! I'll post pictures later but it is a black tux with velvet lapels and a vest. It fit like a glove and I am happy with it. Highly recommended y'all!
