“Jabz changed my workout life! From an accommodating range of class times, 7 days a week to daily workouts mapped out for me! “I was recently diagnosed with Lupus and I knew I needed to make a life change ASAP! I came across Main Line Total Fitness and called them and had the pleasure to speaking with Ed (owner). Immediately I knew this is where I belonged. Ed told me to come in that day and he along with Tray (Trainer) got me set up with a plan that was conducive to my condition and schedule. I’ve been here for two weeks and loss body fat and gained muscle which has decreased the inflammation in my body! I feel stronger and I feel supported here. This club cares about their people. I like the selection of free weights, and weight machines. Variety of cardio equipment. I asked my Wife to join, and later we signed up together. She loves it, and referred her friend. The staff is great, and the members. I highly recommend this location. Come join us. Health is wealth.”

“I've been with Fight Shape for over 8 years and I couldn't be happier! I'm in the best shape of my life and stronger than I've ever been. The coaches are knowledgeable and friendly. They push you to work your hardest and you will see results. The other members are super friendly and welcoming. It doesn't matter what shape you are in - there is no judgment! “LOVE this place and these people! Morning, daytime, evening and week-end classes are available to accommodate everyone. That was especially important to me, because I like to attend a 90 minute Bikram class, every single day and my schedule is very rocky! I find all of the instructors Chalise, Justin, Alana, Chris, Neil, accomplished, attentive and so approachable. I use modifications, because I have joint replacements and shoulder cuff surgeries.All of the staff are open and friendly .One of the co-ownwers, Andy, has asked the Focus community, to take walks with me, when I could not take classes and was healing. He expressed his warm wishes for me to heal and come back, because I had shoulder surgery. The community engaged, chimed in and have really helped out! Focus is inclusive in every way and members bring their children, as well as their parents. I feel very blessed to have connected with Focus Bryn Mawr!”

I was nervous because I have quirky things that cause some physical activity to be difficult but she was able to adapt almost everything to make sure that I was still able to do all the movements and feel super strong. She didn't make me feel uncomfortable and I never felt pressured to do more than I thought I could handle even if she thought I could handle more. I started the class with minimal weight lifting knowledge and finished today feeling both confident in weight lifting abilities and my body control in doing exercises. Her knowledge, personality, and humor made the classes fun. I'd totally recommend anyone taking the class if you need trauma informed weight lifting. If you're just looking for a great coach at a weight lifting gym... she's also your girl.”

After work it may not be the easiest to get myself to the gym, but I know the people there hold me accountable and the vibes are always fun with main line!”
