A terrible repair experience. The key for my Nissan Versa wouldn't turn in the ignition, so I made an appt on Thursday. 3 separate times over the next two days, I talked with service managers who told me they would call me right back. They never called. On Thursday, they told me it would be done on Friday and they quoted me a price. I called repeatedly on Friday and was told there was another part they needed to order and again they wouldn't have it done that day. I called on Saturday and after an hour of speaking with 3 different people, they couldn't tell me when it would be done. When they finally called on Saturday afternoon, I went to pick it up only to discover that it would be $400 more than the initial quote. They couldn't find my keys for 10 minutes, and eventually I was able to pay and drive away. Very frustrating lack of communication, and a repair that was significantly more expensive than I had expected.

The salesman at Reedman Toll Nissan Drexel Hill, Chris, was helpful and persistent with finding the perfect, hard to come by, Versa for me! No pressure ever, just kept me up to date with the process. And Manager Rudy went above and beyond when a freak accident destroyed my first choice! He found me the perfect Versa in 2 days! Thank you and I highly recommend this dealership!!
A year later and Reedman Toll Nissan Drexel Hill still hasn’t let me down. They offer free state inspections and oil changes, which I took advantage of today. Everyone there is respectful and pleasant, and I trust them to care for my “baby “ like they would their own! I’ll never go anywhere else!

My tire was leaking and although I had purchased the tire protection, I couldn’t find documentation. The service rep researched my purchase and located the required information for the discounted tire repair. Extraordinary customer service! Thanks for making my service experience much easier!

Great “while-you-wait” service for state inspection and nice and relaxing waiting area. Met several friendly staff: Tom, Kim, Henry, Steve, and Qu…all friendly and welcoming so I’ll be using this facility again. They took care of all my vehicle concerns and assisted with a lease buyout and a warranty purchase. Everything done in a a day.

I usually have a decent experience when coming here, however, today was not the case. Yauliz was not engaging at all. Poor customer service. Did not speak to me other than when it was time to check out.
Furthermore, I was charged $42 to repair my tire hitch had a slow leak. After 6 years of coming here, I don't think I will be returning for maintenance.
