From the time I arrived until I was done with the test EVERYONE AND EVERYTHING WAS GREAT!I would recommend this location to anyone who is looking for a Open MRI. Warm and friendly atmosphere ?

first time visit to delaware county MRI. the place is somewhat clean and the receptionist very pleasant and professional. i am claustrophobic, and even though the MRI is open, the woman who takes you into the room to get the mri done was very comforting and professional. she gives you a "panic" bulb just in case you want to get out. just for the record i did not need to press that "panic" bulb. she explained everything to me while i was in the MRI. the made a stressful situation bearable.

I gave 5 stars because of the professional and compassionate care they gave to me. Kelly and Steve you guys are the bomb. You see, I'm claustrophobic and they put me at ease. I got through it with a breeze. Everyone was phenomenal. Thank you again.
