So Dr. Lee may need to retire. I’ve taken my dog to the office 4 times now for shots . Each time I go the prices are never transparent (they nickel and dime you). Took my dog today for routine shots, my dog weighs 10 pounds and she is very docile. Today Dr.Lee put a rope around her neck too tight ( for what)? When I told him it was too tight because she was making choking noise he wanted to challenge me. Ok, when he left the room to get the needle for her shots of course it took the rope off. I mentioned to him that I was seeing what appeared to be fleas on her so her examined her and sure enough they were fleas. I told him that I was using Frontline applied to her coat. Well, maybe I was applying it incorrectly ( point taken) but he went on and on about it to the point that it was offensive. I asked him for an oral medication and he agreed and I thought we were done with that conversation. He then called his receptionist and asked her to look up the directions for Frontline even though I was buying the oral medication. Now the receptionist is going on and on about the medication directions. OK ( enough) when it was time to check out the bill was $200 for shots and another $79 for the medicine which cost $29 online. I told them I’d had enough, paid the $200 and I will not return. I refuse to pay anybody for rudeness. When a pet owner cares enough to care for their pet it should be applauded not ridiculed

Please DO NOT take your pet here if your care about it. His Vet is just cheap inconvenient hours dont listen and can't understand his English. Zero stars if possible. Reporting him a well..

My dog had an emergency, and we panicked. This place was a life savior. The doctor was attentive and knowledgeable. He got right to work on my dog and quickly diagnosed the problem. He gave medication and injection, and gave advice about food, etc... my dog started acting himself by the time he arrived home. Grateful.

I've learned to wait before leaving a review. That said, it is nearly twelve hours later and, while my frustration level has crept down to normal, my disappointment in the experience I had has not. My son and I took his pup for his next round of shots. As some months had passed from our last visit, I had called the previous week to check if we needed an appointment. I was told we could just show up, which we did. On the door was the same office visit protocol (take a number, ring the bell and wait in your car) as before. I took the pup for a walk and thought it strange when 30 mins passed and we saw a few people arrive and go inside and no one had come out to us. I told my son they may have been emergency visits or pick ups and we continued to wait. I put the pup in the car to warm up (40° morning) but sitting in a car with a bored Jack Russell is not ideal so we went walking while my son remained with the car. After meeting (and barking) at some people we realized we had been waiting nearly an 1hr 15 mins. I observed three pet owners park and walk in with pets. When two walked out, I asked if they had to get a ticket and they said, "No, you just walk in." We gathered ourselves and did so only to be told by the receptionist that we had to take a number. I responded (politely) that we had and before I could explain that we were confused by how long we had been outside (and of what the two patrons had just told us) she stated that she would come to get us. I was well aware of the process (as we had been there twice before and had a bit of a wait on one visit) and, despite at one point, our vehicle being the only customer vehicle present, would have been willing to be patient and assume that there was some reason for so much time to pass. However, I will not be patient and understanding just for the chance to be talked to as if I just decided to bypass the rules when you, likely, forgot to check your "system" and had no idea I was even outside waiting and waiting. I will not do that AND pay for that service. IF you were aware of my presence, then I would think someone would have come out and said something. Some reviews I've read have been regarding the warmth of the doctor, care shown to their pets, etc. Maybe I have come on the wrong days, but I will not find out as we have decided to try elsewhere.

Update this dr dont do anything. All my cats have issues if were caught early would of cost me less money and offered my animals a better quality of life. Not affections favorite place in the world. My cat teeth so rotten the fell out I took my cat here for her check up you would think he would of noticed this. My other cat died because he never diagnosed his thyroid problems them could of helped with asimple prescription. Do not take your animals here..his license should be removed
