I like CVS, only reason I'm writing this and deducting 2 stars is because the only time I've tried to do a cashapp deposit here it declined, tried again and it declined again. I contacted cashapp regarding this and they believe CVS had a connection issue and to try again at a later date or another location.
I went to the 711 and it worked with no issues.

Stopped in CVS today for deodorant only to find it in a locked case. While I recognize that theft is a retail problem, I don’t appreciate the inconvenience or waste of my time. Since I am not a thief I resent being treated as one. Find a better solution please.

I'm giving two generous stars because they were busy. The pharmacy had at least 7 people working there but couldn't honor an appointment for a flu vaccine. Also they don't take NJ insurance. I would never come back here for anything pharmacy related

Pharmacy staff at night is terrible. I had to pick up RX for my husband who was just discharged from RIDDLE ER. One RX was for Zofran for vomiting. He has a kidney stone. It was around 7:30. They close at 8:00. The girl who took care of me stated that she could not give me the tablets because she only had 10 and that the RX was for 12. I told her I needed the 10. She suggested that I call the RIDDLE ER and get a new RX sent to another CVS. isn't that her job!!?? I am done with that store!!

The pharmacy department is unprofessional and VERY RUDE!! I was hung up on by the pharmacy manger because they didn’t feel like transferring my medication to the correct cvs pharmacy!! He told me that he didn’t feel like doing it!! I needed my medication and they made it hard. It’s been 2 weeks and they still have yet to fix the problem.

My wife and I have been using this pharmacy for over a year. Most of the pharmacy employees are very nice and helpful, but for the past few weeks the male pharmacist that answers the phone has been an issue. About 2 weeks ago I called with a question about a prescription, he put me on hold for 10 minutes, then the call somehow got taken off of hold, and I sat there listening him talk to someone about Target for another 5 minutes until I hung up and called back. Then today I called because the app said I had to call in for a refill. He kept talking over me when I was trying to speak. I mentioned that I had a question and he continued to ignore me and carry on with HIS questions.
I've worked for CVS before in their Specialty Pharmacy. It's not a hard job. This guy obviously has some sort of inferiority complex or something that makes him feel the need to treat people this way. Definitely shouldn't be in a customer-facing role.

Would give no stars if I could. Pharmacy workers are absolutely rude and slow. The drive thru is suppose to be convenience but you’ll sit at the window for 10 minutes before getting helped.
