I do not understand all the negative reviews about this company. This company provides excellent services to existing customers and new customers. They are working to reduce your money on office equipment. They also provide services such as fixing printers, copiers and contracts to provide what your companies need. After searching the entire PA for a reliable printer/copy service, I came across Copy Products. The commitment, service before self, and passion displayed by Steve and his staff has made life easier while also helping save money. Having worked with the business for some time now, I can affirm their involvement and dedication to the surrounding community.

My experiences with Copy Products are always prompt and pleasant. Their reasonably priced service contracts provide ease of mind in an increasingly digital world. Special shout out to Steve, Larry and Beth for their friendly, competent performance.

Whenever I have a problem with my copier, Copy Products are there to help me. From the person who answers the phone, the support team, and the techincians that come out, are all outstanding, courteous, and kind. They are a pleasure to work with.

How you gonna be the only copy place on earth where you argue with the customer for an hour giving excuses about how your massive machines are useless garbage. So, bring your usb, or whatever files you got, and argue with ignorant people who CAN'T help you to make copies. Then drive up west chest like to a better store who can help you.

On Thursday 11/02/17 brought in my Printer for repair. No problem would be fixed later that day. Stopped in later that day...Excuse #1 Steve our fix it guy was upstairs doing carpentry work all day. Excuse # 2.. Friday, 11/03/17 they called and left a message that we needed the printer cord but when I originally brought in the printer, they said I did not have to leave the cord. I brought them the cord. Excuse # 3. Later that day I stopped in to see progress...oh no...Comcast phones were down and Steve could not look at my machine. They said that I would have the printer back no later than Monday or Tuesday at the latest. On Wednesday, I stopped in and the answer from Steve was that he looked at the machine and it looked like a "peculiar" problem that would take 1 1/2 hours for him to devote to my repair this being said as he was working on another printer and never even looked up or acknowledged my existence. At this point I was so upset, I was absolutely speechless. I retrieved my printer and went home. Never in my life had I had such a terrible customer service experience. They offered no excuse or apology. The office personnel just lowered their heads in shame. Ironically, their business card says " WE OFFER SOLUTIONS YOU CAN TRUST" I really don't know how they managed to stay in business. You will regret taking any printer there for repair.
