“I want to congratulate whoever hires and trains the staff here. I've never experienced better customer service, and, at 70, I've been shopping for decades. I came in with a friend who was coat shopping. While I was there, I figured I'd try to find straight legged spandex pants similar to the Lululemon pants I've been wearing for years but that have been discontinued. Madison immediately understood what I needed and did everything necessary to make that happen for me. And it wasn't easy. She ended up having to order them from another store, after trying to find a pair in the store, and online, and striking out both times. But she kept on it and made it happen. And honestly when she succeeded she seemed just as happy about it as I was. EVERY SINGLE STAFF MEMBER I encountered as I tried clothing on and asked for different colors and sizes was helpful, caring and well-informed. And unlike some clothing stores with a younger vibe, even though I'm a senior, I felt welcomed and appreciated.”

Immediately Katelyn gave me the run down of everything and in the fitting room Tierra was super helpful. When I went to check out Chlöe made sure that KC would get my pants taken care of fast even though KC had a lot to do. What an awesome team.”

“Big fan of Faherty’s Legend Sweater Shirt for an athletic build so I stopped in at this store at 1600 Walnut St. in Philly to try more on. I was delighted to be immediately welcomed by Kira, who offered me a beverage and gave clever insight on colors and sizes while I was there. She also successfully recommended the Jackson Crew Neck Sweater which I loved and is also now a part of my wardrobe thanks to her. I had a return/re-size issue I wanted to work out in-store, so Kira and Oran helped me out with that as well. Love the brand, and this physical location. Look for these two in-store at 1600 Walnut and they’ll take great care of you.”

“I Was in Philly this week to look for some outfits for an upcoming wedding event . After visiting several stores walked into this store and was very pleased with their displays . Looked around a bit and thought that perhaps pricing was a little high. We left and went to other clothing stores in Philly with total disappointment .We immediately returned to Brooks Brothers on Walnut and could not be more pleased w our salesperson Gabriela (Gabby) . She was knowledgeable on her product line and was not pushy at all . Refreshing to say the least . We were very pleased with the experience / product quality / product knowledge and mostly the styling assistance . 5 star experience !!”
