The supervisor used her discretion to decline cashing my check from Amazon Corporate. She wouldn’t call to verify or help, she simply told me get them to send you another check. I waited 90 days for my refund for a iPhone I ordered from Amazon. WORST BANK EVER. Also, I have 2 accounts that were obviously made fraudulently.

Worst service ever no one knows the rules of chase no parking will be going to another bank worst bank yet chase is just as bad as Wells Fargo
